The employee who works the lisbon st lewiston loxation is an ignorant racest bigot. He ban my moving help ans refysed to allow mw access to my container due to the simple fact i do not own a Vehicle and showed up on with my items on carts

I rented a dump truck for 2 days. On day of return, I filled the fuel tank and returned it. I asked for a slip and the guy at the counter gave me attitude, stated that it would be a little while before I could get it. When I finally got an emailed copy I was invoiced for mileage (which I was not told initially) and for 6 gallons of fuel. I called and asked about the fuel charge, and his response was “yep that’s what the guy (?) put on the slip”. I explained to him that I had JUST left the filling station beforehand and filled it up (took 26gal). He said “don’t know what to tell ya”. I reminded him that it is engraved on the fuel tank to not fill over 95% of the tanks capacity and that I could not safely put any more fuel in it. He didn’t care. Will not rent from these crooks again. They need a face lift at the front desk. All very rude and put out that customers even walk in the door.

Rented a lift, called day before to check and was told could pick it up first thing next morning. Traveled over an hour to be there to pick up lift and they didn't have it and didn't know when it would be back. Their response was "Oh well, nothing they could do was other renters problem" - really! No - own your mistakes!! this was your problem!! Extremely poor customer service in how they handled the situation. Put all the blame on someone else, not themselves for double renting the same unit!!!
