Cam and the whole crew were amazing! Cam and staff took care of all the paperwork for the rebates for us. The guys each had their own job and got right to it. Installation was done at great timing (about 5 hours) and we had a down pour of rain - popped up their tents and continued. The crew explained everything about the heat pumps and we can call them anytime with questions. Couldn’t be more happy with how the day went and how the pumps work. Thank you Heat pumps of Maine!

I’m big and I sweat. I sweat when I eat. I sweat when I sleep. I sweat checking the mail, and not just from the collection letters. Come summertime, ten minutes outside and I look like I’ve been jumping rope in the attic. You could say I’m a human heat pump.

So when Cam approached me about installing yet an additional way to add warmth to my house, I almost had a stroke. A heat stroke.

“No, no” he said. “It’s an air conditioner too”.
As I regained consciousness I developed a realization that I no longer need be subjected to the Summers sizzling sauna known as my living room.

With a final twist of the last screw and an ever-so-gentle double tap on the unit as if to signify, “That’s not going anywhere” the task was completed. Over before I ever realized it had started. A half days work from the practiced most professional crew for a lifetime of arctic air. And yada, yada, yada… it also does heat.

In all seriousness Cam has put together quite the operation consisting of an EXTREMELY knowledgeable and dependable staff who will bend over backwards to ensure your total satisfaction upon completion. We took our time before choosing this company for our heat pump installation. Every step of the way through the process was great. The owner, Cam, gave us lots of good info when planning the install. Communications were consistently good through the whole process. The installers, Frankie and Tucker, were personable, respectful, efficient and very helpful throughout the install. Cam met with us afterwards to inspect the job site and go through the whole system to make sure we knew how to operate it and understand it. He even downloaded the app on my phone and showed me how to use it. We are very happy with the service from Heat Pumps of Maine in this day when it's so hard to find reliable contractors and highly recommend them.

Not once in the 100's of questions did Cam not respond right away and with professionalism. He put my mind at ease with the investment.
