Me and my wife bought a hot tub and was shopping around for in ground pool ! We went with Ricks pool because of there knowledge and time patience and they truly care about the out come for you and the hold team start to finish was top notch and they take pride in what the do and there customers I can not say enough about how happy we are if I hade to do it all over again I would it worth the wait on the wait list hurry up don’t wait there the best

Pool liner replaced 2 years ago. First summer 9 pin holes so far this year 12 patched and still leaking. Bottom was not prepped and sharp rocks are causing the leaks. Cost was around $3k. Rick offered to only charge me half price last summer to replace again. Not acceptable.

Very professional, great service, great value, and comparison with others, quick response when you need it. Tony was the person that they sent to plow my driveway, he was awesome, and very good. After he plows my driveway, he would come out and shovel around my walkway, and my mailbox, and tidy up, to make the driveway and the walkway clear and look nice. Rick’s is very professional and great businessman, friendly, and nice to talk to. He would call every year to ask his customers if they need his services this year, which is a great service when you actually not thinking at the time of preparing for winter, he would be on it! I am very satisfied and pleased to do business with them. I would definitely recommend them for your services.

They closed my pool in October, and were supposed to open it in May. Charged me thousands of dollars in chemicals and rebalancing efforts and I still can't swim in it in August. Blame has been placed on above-average-rain, closing it while it was green, and using a cartridge style filter that they sold me (system itself was installed by previous owners). Blame has also been placed on inexperience, but I thought that I was paying them for experience and insight. I think I've shocked the pool 8 times at this point and followed every direction. I'm attaching a photo of what 3 months and thousands of dollars gets you with Rick's swimming pools. According to their machine, this is a perfectly balanced pool. So, if this is your idea of a fun time, go to Rick's and he'll help you out. You may even find some giant water bugs living in it, if you're as lucky as I was.

After a small miscommunication with Rick during the Covid Pandemic time, I finally got my liner in last August. He was very easy to work with and communication was great other than that one hiccup. (He had to deal with my wife) HeHehe! I've been buying Chemicals and products for about 6years. They never try to sell me anything I don't need or pushy sales. My pool is a 1970's inground so the measurements for new liner was a little tricky for Rick. He nailed it!! Fit great. I would recommend. Might be a little higher in price than some competitors but well worth the extra. Great job Ricks pools!

We had a 20x40 pool installed July-August 2020. A professional, friendly, and experienced crew, a family owned business and dedication to perfection. What else could you ask for? I wanted a company that takes responsibility for what they build. I heard through several friends Ricks Pools is the best. They weren’t wrong. Unlike some other pool installers who only install the shell. Ricks does it all. I would refer Ricks to anyone and do it again. Thank you all at Ricks. Keep being friendly and helpful.
