Connor booked my move with less than a weeks notice without issue. Ricky and John were awesome! They moved me from a third floor apartment into another third floor apartment. Just the two of them in under three hours. Good attitudes and efficient. Definitely recommend!

As a family who have moved 3 times in the last 4 years to different parts of the country, we are no strangers to moving. Specifically the loading and unloading of a moving truck. We hired JC Moving to assist with the labor of loading our moving truck. The 2 movers arrived an hour late, which was a huge inconvenience, as we were on a strict schedule.

We had everything packed, and staged to go. While waiting for them to arrive, my wife and I started carrying boxes and furniture to our front yard to get the process going. When they did arrive the 2 gentleman were friendly, though one did not speak nor read English. Multiple boxes had “fragile” “no heavy items on top” or “place on top” labels on the boxes. Since one individual was not able to read them, they were placed wherever. After seeing a fragile labeled box break under multiple heavy items stacked on top, I said something to them like “hello do you not see that box completely busted” they quickly rearranged things. But how does someone not see a moving box getting smashed down? My wife and I both also questioned them how they were loading the moving truck multiple times to which they replied “we got it” “this is our job”. It had no organization or expertise to it.

They got the job completed, and were both pleasant the whole time, but I would be lying if I did not say after they left I was worried for what our household goods would look like when the truck arrived at our destination.

I waited on posting a review till we unpacked to give the benefit of the doubt.

Unfortunately multiple boxes and storage containers were completely smashed down and the contents broken, like we had suspected. The moving company that unpacked our moving truck at our destination questioned how the truck was loaded, and surprised someone would load it that way. It was inevitable things were going to break.

We booked this company because of how many positive reviews, but I think it’s based off who is doing the job. I’m sure they have experienced movers who are great and reliable, but unfortunately we did not receive them.

Johnathan and Edgar were amazing. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Loaded everything up, insanely fast. Didnt break a single thing. Helped take trash out, helped get curtains down. And, the price was insanely cheap.

If you're in Portland, these are the guys to use for moving. My experience with them was as close to flawless as it gets.

AMAZING HELP. Kevin and Jonathan showed up on time, very friendly and SUPER efficient. Helped us unload and place all of our items in our home, where I wanted them. After unloading the uhaul, they also helped with some very heavy pieces in the garage. They did everything with a smile. And they completed everything way ahead of schedule! 100% would recommend these guys! You won't be disappointed!

Great experience with JC moving. They were responsive, accomodated multiple stops to pick up, and made the move so much easier than doing it ourselves. Is it the cheapest? no. Is it the most expensive? also no. It was fair. Good work, movers were nice, responsive and friendly, and listened. Everything made it over, and they were instrumental in getting it all moved. Highly recommend.

These guys are rock stars! It took 3 truck loads and 6 JC Professional Movers to transport our home. They were on time, professional, respectful, clean, quick, friendly, and courteous. We were so impressed with how they wrapped and stacked, then unloaded, and unwrapped and placed all of our furniture and boxes including the mowers and snowblowers. Connor responded to all of our calls and our questions quickly before during and after the move. And the fee was very competitive! We will use them again if and when we need them and we recommend them to everyone.
