Literally lied about every detail regarding our move. We were told that our belongings would arrive within 5-7 days after they picked up our belongings. 3 WEEKS LATER, after repeatedly trying to contact them without any response, we finally received our belongings. I went as high up in this organization as I could to get answers and even the President of the company, Julian Coles, did not respond or try to assist us in any way. Once we finally received our belongings, there were several items damaged and our brand new mattress was stained!!! 5 months later we are still fighting with them to be compensated. Stay as far away from this organization as possible.

They worked very diligently and packed all the furniture so well there was not a mark on any pieces!

While the packers seem to have done a great job we are missing personal items that were picked up but did not make it on the load that was delivered. I am waiting for response as to where my goods are and why they didn't make it onto the load. At this point I am very unhappy with this move.

Mark unloaded the entirety truck himself -amazing, but it took over 6 hours. Would have gone faster with at least one helper. Also, truck broke down en route so delivery was delayed by a day. But Mark was stalwart and got the job done.

I moved from Montana to Maine. I had a great experience on the Montana side. On the Maine side they showed up more than 1hour late. The driver spent his time on the phone making personal calls for his vacation the next day. Boxes were all clearly labelled and color coded for basement, main floor, and garage. This was all reviewed with them, but even after multiple reminders they did not follow instructions. There was a blue print of where furniture should be placed and that was completely ignored. In the end they just started putting everything in the garage. After breaking not just the light but light fixture in the entry way, they tried to convince us not to come a claim. Multiple items broken, I have at least one box that is not mine. I made 4 phone calls before getting a response that they will do nothing. I guess my big mistake was paying up front. They do not take any responsibility for the movers and do not follow up timely. Find a different company!
