I called goggin energy to get an idea of costs to install a wired wall thermostat for my heat pump. The call I got was that this was Laplante Electric and they got a work order for thermostat installation. First I wouldn’t call Laplante for anything because I asked them for an estimate for heat pumps and that was a mistake. The thing is I thought goggin energy was a totally different company and I was inquiring to goggin not Laplante. The lady that called then made it clear they don’t install thermostat if they didn’t install the heat pumps. So that’s good to know that, they don’t deal with equipment they didn’t install so that wouldn’t be a company I would call. Using a different name for the company that is really Laplante is interesting! I’m sure I won’t call either name company in future.

We had Goggin install a heat pump at our house. Everyone we dealt with at Goggin was professional and friendly. We are very pleased with the work that was done and the performance of the heat pump (Mitsubishi). We got a bid from another company named after a tree that was close to a $1k more for the exact same model heat pump. The only negative of the process was the heat pump was not installed during the initial time frame quoted due a host of COVID related delays. I would recommend Goggin without hesitation.

Goggin Energy has been a great company to do business with! They just completed heat pump installation in our old (1907) house, which included a needed upgrade of our electric panel. Nothing is easy on an old house - but these guys were amazing and so pleasant to work with, literally every single person on the job. Big shout out to Ray who led installation and stayed until 6 on the Friday of a holiday weekend to make sure we were all set. Highly recommend!

After getting multiple bids to install heat pumps and a heat-pump water heater, we chose Goggin because they were by far the most knowledgeable about the technology and transparent about pricing. They worked with us to price out many different options and find a solution that was within our budget. We could not be happier. The complex installation stayed on schedule and they were communicative every step of the way. The new heat pumps and water heater work like a dream, even in the very cold temps! Best of all, we genuinely enjoyed interacting with all the Goggin employees.
