Everyone at Cayouette is wonderful to work with. Their work is excellent and they’re very accommodating. They’ve also got just about every carpet you could ask for.

One of the worst installation experiences ever! This company uses subs to do their work and does not care about the customer. They sent installers who we found SMOKING inside our home while getting ready to install. They were here for two hours and never even started installing the carpet, just carried it upstairs and had rolled it out in one of the two rooms for install. It was so quiet upstairs so I went up to check on the 3 guys and found that they had opened the windows and one of them was actively smoking!! Needless to say I told him to get out of our house. Turns out he was actually the one in charge if you can believe it so the others left with him. I called Cayouette flooring immediately and he said well he should not have been doing that and then Dave Cayouette himself showed up at my house an hour or so later with a carpet iron installing tool and insisted that that is what I smelled even though the guy had been visually seen smoking. He defended the worker and told us we would have to wait weeks before he could get another installer there. When I told him we had already called another company and he needed to remove the carpet rolls from our home (which had never even been close to installed just one rolled out) he threatened to sue me for payment of the carpet! As I said worst installation of anything of my life! He drove away and then returned 20-30 min later to offer new installers to come on Monday (this was a Thursday) and I accepted. The man who came on Monday was great and worked hard all day to get the job done. I would not recommend Cayouette flooring after this experience and believe they need training in how to treat a customer after such an awful experience happens with workers that they sent in the first place.

Always personal service from the folks at Cayouette! The showroom doesn't have the glitter that some might be looking for, but you can always find the product and services you want! Flooring is one of those design things that can be overwhelming, so guidance is appreciated and you can get the help you need here! Most, but not all the tile in the photos, came from Cayouette.

Came here for the first time not too long ago and oh my Atlanta! They have a huge variety of flooring as well as walling. They are very clean and are very friendly. They showed us how to look through their books as well as showed us some back stock items they don't keep in the front of the store. Overall, it is a great experience and be prepared to be overwhelmed when coming in here!
