We paid 2/3 the cost and still no solar panels! Have had to chase the owner, Brian every few weeks - new excuse and stringing us along. We have wiring and electrical panels and partial brackets on roof Spring 2023. They claim to have our solar panels, but string us along every week. They take advantage of people. We paid to have solar installed with this company 16 months ago, he's done NOTHING!!!! He told My husband he needed the 2nd installment ( I would not have)but my husband paid it. He now has $14,000 of ours and now he has closed up his office in Thopsom. basically HE TOOK OUR MONEY AND RAN!!!!!! HE is being SUED by at least 2 customers who have hired lawyers.. The
Police are looking for him for FRAUD but can't find him. DON'T GIVE HIM ANY MONEY!!!! He says oh I don't have parts, oh I don't have an electrician, oh I don't own the company. He refuses to meet to talk. He has NOT honored THE FIRST TWO CONTRACTS and wants us to sign a THIRD CONTRACT!!!
HIS REPLY IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE.
He doesnt even have an office in Thopsom, my husband went there and it's EMPTY, NO SUCH OFFICE.

We gave 1/3 of the cost for solar panels with installstion ($6,000) in September 2023 with the promise of installation by late November. We've had numerous communications with them and still nothing! Beware of this company! Seniors taken by a scammer!

Contract signed, money dispersed, and work started over a year ago for Solar install, panel upgrade, and heat pump installation.

Solar panels are on the roof, and that's about it.

Panel upgrade has not been completed fully. Per CMP- necessary documents required for an electrician to upgrade our service from 100 amp to 200 amp have not even been filed for our address, despite Brian alleging the work is complete.

Heat pumps are not installed or functional although random parts are sitting in our yard and basement. Brian alleges a subcontractor 'took his money and ran' and he cannot find anyone else to do the work.

Communication, when we do get any email reply, has been nothing but excuses and lies. This has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE.

At this time there is no plan to complete our project- Brian has been paid in full and is in breach of our contract.

We simply want what we have paid for and agreed to and have lost faith this will happen. Hours of our time spent attempting to manage this project is time and money we will never recoup. Use a reputable company that has the ability to manage a project and avoid ALL Solar Energy at all cost.

My system was installed over a year ago and is performing well. Brian was very good in designing the system and making field determined modifications that added to the production of KWH and had little impact ( other than materials) on the overall cost of the system. Brian's knowledge and that of his team was exceptional.
