Absolute worst ever experience I've ever had. Pay with cash and nor a card because they will find a way to charge you more.

Track broke simply going forward. Took all day for someone to show up to not even fix their breakdown. Even worse they wanted me to try to fix it. Like seriously?

Finally fixed and ran a few more hours and other track comes off. Emailed them with zero response, except.......

A $200 charge on my card for their piss poor machine care and service. Never completed the job.

And they NEVER called me before just charging me.

I will never and encourage everyone to never do business with them

Needed a wood sander. They always seem to have what you need . No sanders are even for rent at home depots in Maine area we are in . So it was great to find this Establishment. And every time we rent from here it is super busy but you don't have to wait for your stuff. They seem to have a super service staff.

I would recommend always inspecting and starting machinery before leaving with it. I’ve rented scaffolding that did not have all the pins to hold it together. Had to makeshift at home. This past weekend rented a power broom that ran rough for about an hour and then quit running altogether.

Absolutely horrible service last a 6k tree job because they didn't charge lift. Called to see what I could do was told that it's not there problem by the service desk. Reported issue and gave them a second chance with reserving a trailer and tractor they call and canceled the rental a couple days before the rental started. Told them what am I supposed to do again response was not my issue the rental place in Fairfield booked me in a hour with a third of the pricing. Don't use eagle rental they will cost you 10k like they did me.
