I recently used Casco Bay Insulation for a project in a 1940"s home. I am very pleased with the entire experience and would hire them again without reservation.

The initial assessment was very helpful and my options were clearly explained. After considering some items on my "wish list", Garrett revised his proposal to deliver exactly what I wanted. I did not shop primarily by cost, that said Casco Bay was price competitive.

The installation crew were universally pleasant, when the project was finished you would not have known they were even there. Had I known it would be this easy I would have completed the project long ago.

Wow! I cannot say enough good things. My blower door tested almost twice as well once their insulation work was completed! Not only did they come in to give an estimate and truly got to the bottom of what was important for my insulation needs for my property but they helped me get the job done within my budgetary needs. They are also doing the Efficiency Maine Paperwork to get me my rebate. I do not have the words to say how amazing it was to work with this company and its employees.

We had a great experience with Casco Bay Insulation. Garrett was extremely conscientious and thorough, spending a lot of time reviewing several different insulation options to fit our needs and budget. Throughout the entire project the team was extremely communicative, timely, and made sure everything was in its proper place upon leaving for the day. I cannot speak highly enough regarding the detail-oriented and meticulous nature of their work. We own a 1920s home that had a room we gutted for renovation; after Casco Bay insulated this room it is 100% warmer. They went above and beyond to identify a spot that was leaking air mid way through the project and pivoted to fix it. Their pricing is extremely competitive with larger companies, though with Casco Bay Insulation you will receive the attention of a small company. They are also more environmentally focused with their choice of product which was important to me. I will continue to recommend Casco Bay Insulation and utilize their services in the future!

My wife and I decided to buy a 200 year old house with very little updated weatherization. We decided to also call Casco Bay Insulation. Jon conveniently came over on a Saturday morning...and spent nearly two hours going through our house and explaining everything that could and should be updated. However, he didn't pressure us into any work. He did suggest some jobs that could be done right away to show improvement without breaking the bank. He and his crew came over on two separate occasions...and in the dead of summer...and efficiently got the work done. He also encouraged us to do some of the smaller jobs ourselves to save a few bucks here and there.

I can't recommend Jon and Casco Bay Insulation enough. Professional and honest. We look forward to finishing the rest of our jobs next year with Casco Bay Insulation.
