I would highly recommend Bisson Movers. I had to move urgently out of my home and put my belongings into storage. Samantha was very efficient in responding and providing documents and updates on the process. The movers, Jesse, Dylan and Eugene were professional, quick and kind. What was a very stressful situation for me was made less so by the efficient care to detail from everyone involved.

Horrible experience. I had a ladder dropped off that was completely unusable. They also dropped it off and stood it up in front of my car with the legs in the air because they knew the legs were damaged. Luckily, this did not fall over in my vehicle. When I called them back, I could never contact a representative regarding the issue.

I wish I could give a 10 star review! I needed to have a family heirloom China hutch moved from Maine to my home in Oregon. I first asked Bisson to have it crated and brought to a nearby storage facility, thinking we would fly to Maine and drive it to our home ourselves. They took photos, dimensions and kept me informed as to where we were in the process. After looking into the logistics, costs etc we asked Preston for an estimate to have it moved. Preston gave us the estimate quickly and communicated very well. We made the decision to have them move this priceless family treasure, trusting that it would arrive in one piece. Well, Preston called the day after we said yes for the move to say it could be sent the VERY NEXT day! The driver of the moving truck,Flint, let us know where he was and we received our item absolutely intact and with courtesy, respect and communication. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for all/any move you have. Thank you Preston and Flint (the driver). You're service was exemplary!!

Everything was going smooth on the move to a new state. Until the movers showed up. I am not pointing fingers and saying it was the guys who were unloading fault. 13k LBS moved.. tables chairs, carpet, sofa, and a piano. They show up and they realize they needed to get a box truck since the big truck couldn't make it down the street. then the onion started to peel back. first they said they needed a professional to move to Piano.. then the furniture started to come in . Rugs were soiled and furniture was destroyed. seems like they really didn't care at all. Its sad since I saw all the great reviews and then this happened.

Just completed my family’s 2nd household move with Bisson in 4 years. I chose them again because the representatives at Bisson are great -very professional, easy to work with and responsive. Brian Hughes went above and beyond and checked in with us regularly and answered all my questions quickly. For both moves, the crew showed up on time and were hard working, careful and polite.
