Excellent customer service! We called at 8am to have our AC unit looked at, they arrived 11am. It was fixed in less than an hour. The service man, Kyle was very professional and courteous.

I would absolutely recommend this company. They came out within hours of me calling, fixed my ac within 30 minutes and were very affordable. That same evening my ac went out again and they came out immediately the next morning and fixed a whole new problem. This was my first time needing a heating and cooling company so I had no idea what to expect. They were truly exceptional.

Just purchased a house with central air. One of my new neighbors was being serviced by this company so I thought I’d give them a try as well. I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan, who answered the service request. He came right at 9 am (which was the earliest time they said someone can come by)! He congratulated me on my house which was awesome. He was very knowledgeable on the questions I had about the unit, also patient with me as I asked him to break certain things down. I have to tell ya this company is top notch. I had a competitor come out and the price I got was $700.00 more than Affordable but that's not where it ends. I live in small home like most of Taylor homes where furnace room is tight. The competitor also said I would need to cut out portion of wall to get ac part out which would of been a heck of a lot more money spent. Kyle came out to address my AC problem and I decided to get quote for new AC unit since mine was 30 years old and due for replacement. First off I have to say it's not the company that makes jobs awesome it's the people they have working for them. Kyle was absolutely wonderful and gave me price which was $700.00 cheaper and also I wouldn't need to remove no dam portion of wall which totally shocked me cause I thought I was screwed with it. In about 5 days I would have a new unit installed which was quick I thought. Randy and crew arrived on time and I have to let ya know this guy Randy is so dam good, courteous, professional and I could go on and on. I don't know names of his two other crew members but they where also very pleasant and professional. Randy was by far the best service person I have ever dealt with and hope the company realizes what they have there with him. Like I said it's not the company but the people you have representing the company, The job was completed perfectly and better than I ever expected. They are my go to company for all my HVAC needs from now on. You wont go wrong with these top quality people. Thank you Kyle and Randy you are amazing.

Yesterday was 91 degrees and that's the day our central air stopped working. It was later in the day by the time we tried our best to figure out what was wrong. We called Affordable Comfort Heating Cooling expecting to have to leave a voice mail. They answered the phone promptly, and dispatched a tech for the next day. Kyle was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the AC unit in less than an hour. He had the capacitor on the truck, so it was a same-day fix. Would highly recommend this wonderful team!
Had an issue with my old AC unit. Was able to replace both my AC and furnace at a reasonable price. They updated my water heater exhaust at the same time to bring it up to code. All services came with warranties.
Had a small issue later within the warranty time period, and they were quick to respond and come out to fix the issue. Very friendly, helpful, and considerate of our needs.
