Overall

Recently rented a hammer drill from the new Kalamazoo location. They were great to work with and was happy with the charges. I had to go get a bit for the drill since they didn’t have one. They made it right and I walked away a happy customer. Will definitely go back again

Have been a customer in a business and personal aspect for close to 10 years and have never been dissatisfied. Phil is incredible with his professionalism and customer service. Made a trip to my home to drop off a new machine when the one I had wasn’t working. And he did this after hours! Talk about going above and beyond. Will always recommend BC Rental!

Overall

I rented a big e35 to dig a large ditch. I only had it a couple hours something was wrong with it, possibly bad gas from the person before. They not only brought me out another machine, but made it up to me the next day with more hours. Then even took delivery fee 75$ off the bill! This is a great place all the way around.

Great equipment, excellent prices. Phil is awesome, so nice and informative. I have rented two different sized concrete mixers and they worked great. Will use BC Rental Equipment in the future without hesitation!
