Took three weeks to get was supposed to be an itemized quote. I had to call three times to get an overall quote. We paid in full and never heard anything until we called once again two months later. They did not order enough material claiming our laundry room (approx. 9'x6' ) was not included in the quote although Beverly stood right there telling us how they would work around our water heater. So they completed the two bathrooms and kitchen saying there would be no extra charge to come back and do the laundry room. Two months later, and again after we initiated several calls, we set a date for two weeks which got delayed due to illnesses. It was finally installed and thought we were done with Michigan Tile. But no, we then received an invoice for an additional $1000.00, which is equal to 1/3 of the original quote. NEVER AGAIN!!

Carpet was defective, which was not their fault. However the customer service to resolve the situation leaves much to be desired. NOT by EVERYONE, but by the main customer contacts who seemingly refused to return our phone calls. Most of the time when we DID speak to someone, the responses were very short, to the point, and unfriendly. I have actually worked with them before, so needless to say we were very disappointed.

I'm currently a little frustrated. I set up an appointment with Beverly for today at 5:30pm. We weren't contacted and she didn't show up so I just called to see what an ETA might be. I was told she was out sick today and our appointment wasn't written in the calendar. This is highly frustrating to me considering the initial company we tried getting to do a quote for us also no called no showed and I told her about this when we set up our appointment. I understand that things come up, but I feel like a quick phone call could've been made. I have rescheduled for Thursday. Hopefully that works out as I would like to update my review to something positive.

We had them put in new tile in our kitchen 3 years ago, we've had to call them back twice now to put more grout down because it wasn't there. This last time was at least 6 months ago, the grout is coming out in several spots. They came out to assess it, said they'd be in touch to come out and put more grout in, never seen or heard from them since.
