Consistent customer service and advice for a do it yourselfer. After 7 years my pump finally went. I called them up and they were super responsive and got the new pump installed before the water went bad. They are my go to store for all things pool.

We've been using Romans for 2 years. They open and close our pool and provide all our chemicals. We take water samples in regularly and they give us a report on our water quality and get us exactly what we need to buy. They will even help you bring it out to the car if needed. Inside the store they have pool maintenance equipment like skimmers, vacuums, thermometers and brushes. They also have a nice section of pool floats and toys. They just did our closing yesterday and it went seamlessly. We weren't even home at the time and they were there and out in an hour.

I wish I could give this place 1000 stars. They are the most friendly staff, most knowledgeable, never take advantage of you or make you feel like an inconvenience. They have dealt with me on a daily basis for weeks and have been absolutely wonderful, not only to me, but to my children. They walk me through step-by-step with everything, the prices are unbeatable, their knowledge can’t be matched, and I wished I knew about this place long before. I drive out of my way to go here. I always deal with the (I assume the owner or manager) he is absolutely WONDERFUL. Even when I have anyone else, outstanding customer service. I will never go to anyone else

Romans is a fantastic pool supply and pool maintenance store. They open and close our large salt water pool. The offer fast and free water testing and give good and honest advice on what to do to fix any imbalances. Their detailed instruction sheets they provide are easy to follow. The also have a great selection of pool rafts and toys. Highly recommend!

Came through after another company ghosted us for a pool heater repair when my wife didn't answer their phone call on the day of our appointment from the tech even though we called in the morning to confirm the appointment window and stayed home from work that day. Mind you, no missed call, voicemail, or text.

Anyways, we called Romans after searching for other companies. The customer rep was friendly and professional and also explained their cost structure. They came out the very next day and had our pool heater repaired! It appeared to be a simple issue that was resolved fairly quickly and the bill reflected exactly the cost structure the rep told me. My wife and I were amazed at how quickly we were serviced after initially reaching out to them.

Would definitely recommend and use them again!

Have used their Brighton location for 10+ years and in that time I've had numerous pool water issues and even equipment issues (lots and lots of trees here). Some serious, some not...Walt and the team have always steered me in the right direction.

They are a little higher priced than online places. So what - I'm paying for service and more importantly knowledge. I'll bet I've had water tested 100 times over that 10+ year span at zero cost to me. I'd much rather put my money local and support those that offer great service,. They're always happy to answer questions no matter how busy they are, and their advice / direction has always been on point.

They really make the summer pool season easy and will be using them for as long as their around. Its rare to have a business that cares about its customers like they do these days.

They are really knowledgeable and helpful for fixing up your hot tub. You can bring them a fresh water sample and they will tell you what you need to do to fix it. Their prices for oxidizers to treat the hot tub were also a much better deal than amazon

Go to spot for anything with our pool. Great stock, water test that run the whole Gambit from chlorine/pH to iron and salt. Super knowledgeable staff that helps you regardless of if you are buying or just have questions.
