I have been battling for answers since last year. Another company came out with no answers and charged the money of course. Affordable pool and spa came as soon as they could and when they came in they had equipment that's the other people didn't so I knew I would have an answer and a correct one. Jason was absolutely amazing, he found the leaks ans gave his professional opinion and I'm waiting for an estimate on that service and clearing up the pool so we may get to enjoy it this summer. Thank you guys so much, I will have your programmed in my phone and will call only you guys from now on.

Very polite and helpful. I gave them the part number and luckily it was a stocked item. I installed it and was back in the hot tub within 24 hours. Item was found online for slightly less thru others but it had a shipping lead time of 7 to 10 days and wasn't comfortable giving them my information. I'd rather deal with someone local and know I'm in better hands.

Affordable Pool & SPA has been doing our pool opening/ closing for a few years now along with maintenance on our Hot tub, they do a great job. All services are handled electronically with e-signing on quotes to approve. I also appreciate the communication on reminders for appointments and updates on timing for the team to come out all and all couldn’t ask them for anything else oh yeah the service techs are knowledgeable and always friendly.

$250 service call rate, and the technician shows up without the right tools. He uses a crescent wrench because he left his screw driver behind and his multi meter was not functioning. His associate wasn't interested in learning a thing. He said he took the job to get out of the house. After a half hour of dilly dallying the technician said it must be the pump. But he would have to order it. They then sat in my driveway for 20 minutes before leaving. The technician didn't express himself in confidence at all. I would not call them back again. A $250 service call is unreasonable for the amount of time spent.
