I am a contractor that honestly spend a minimum of 10k a month on tile. I have a wear house that I want to tile about 5500 sq but was looking for the right tile. One of my workers sent me a picture of a tile that was perfect at this store and I wanted to see it my self b4 I tell him to buy it. I drove 40 minutes to come to this store and the door was closed. A older lady was at the desk looking at me saying “no no we are closed” I explained that on google it says ur open till 4 and she said “nope I’m sorry we are closed” and kept saying “no no no I can’t let you in” I said I just want to see one thing I drive a long time to get here. She walked away saying no. So never will I ever spend a foot in here and you owe me gas money for posting that you are open on line. Floor and decor here I come.

I usually post good reviews but I can’t give Beaver Tile a good review. I purchased some tiles for a backsplash but they were not what I expected when they came in. I worked with the salesperson and explained what I was looking for. What I got was not what I was looking for. They would not let me return the tiles and now I have tiles I will never use. This is why Amazon is so popular. Good service and easy returns. When I called to order the tiles, I was passed along to 4 different people. I never received a confirmation of my order, no statement, no receipt, no email or paper mail. I won’t do business with Beaver Tile again and would never recommend them.

Although on Google maps it says they are open on Saturdays until 2:00 PM, the ONLY showroom is open. I don’t know why you would be open on a Saturday but wont sell tile to your customers. Absolutely absurd. This is why contractors and homeowners alike don’t even want to deal with smaller businesses and prefer to shop at Home Depot and Lowe’s etc. We know when they’re open, the hours of operation don’t change, they’re rarely out of stock and as a result don’t have to send you to other locations to pick up a specific size of tile etc. When you plan a job around hours of operation that are posted on sites like this, you expect that you’ll be able to get what you need to complete the task at hand. When I told the girl behind the desk that it didn’t detail that the showroom only was open ok google she handed me a postcard with their hours of operation on it and said, “It says right here, showroom only.” It’s 2018, do you think people carry around stacks of postcards listing the hours of operation for every business they’ve made a purchase from. Then she noted that the hours are also on their website, as if that would be the preferred option for customers checking hours of operation. If you want to defend the illogical practices of the business you work for that’s one thing, giving people smart ass responses when they question your illogical business practices is another thing. “IT SEEMS TO WORK OUT JUST FINE FOR THE REST OF OUR CUSTOMERS!” Unreal.

Never buy tile from this place
1- over priced
2- the tile I received is not the same color as the one I ordered, and they refused to return it. It's different was different color and damaged!
3- the manager refused to talk to us " always in a meeting"

Biggest mistake that I went there tile.. Never again
