Great place that has been totally remodeled. So many choices and ideas the staff is great to work with.

Where do I begin? After we paid to have the measurements done, we found out that Carter bought Starline. This caused at least a two-week delay. The design finally got done and cabinets ordered. We finally get them and begin installation only to find out that multiple cabinets are the wrong size! The pantry cabinet is too tall. The cabinets by the window are too wide and we have a window that doesn't allow any trim. This caused some cabinets to have to be reordered (more delay). Then the cabinet for the double wall oven was 13 inches too short. The designer, Melissa A., had the specifics for all appliances prior to her ordering the cabinets. The design for the wine rack was wrong which caused the installer to have to damage the drywall to get the wine rack in. The counters are not installed yet, but based on the position of upper cabinets to the lower cabinets, we anticipate that there will be less than 15" of space between counter to upper cabinet. We paid nearly $50,000 (I thought it was $40,000, but readded the invoices from Carter and it's a few dollars shy of $50,000) and have had so many issues. Because of the incorrect measurements by Melissa, we have spent thousands of dollars extra in materials and labor because of her. There have been so many issues already and we are not even half way through the project.

We have replaced all cabinets and redesigned the layout of the kitchen. Our designer Beth is so talented and really knows how to guide you to make the best choices. We choose quartz countertops, they are beautiful and I cook a lot more cause the countertops are more spacious and easy! Best choice ever.

We recently had a granite countertop installed and the process was super easy from start to finish thanks to Sabrina! She walked us through each step and answered any questions/concerns we had. I would definitely do business with Starline again.

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY! BUYER BE WARE!!!. Bathroom remodel is stuck and dead. No movement cause they don't have a tile guy. this was a 2-3 week project that started 7 months late and we are in week 11 currently with NO shower or sink. I did beg for the toilet and had that hooked up 2 weeks ago after 9 weeks of waiting. Unfortunately we believe it's not what we ordered.
They have stepped through the ceiling in my only other bathroom, while installing the plumbing. A 1.5 ft by 3 ft piece of drywall replaced IN 5 WEEKS, and now the ceiling sports a bumps 4 inches by 8 inches. We did point this out to the worker and he informed us his drywaller quit so he's doing his best. We said just leave it and we'll fix it, cause it just was getting worse each time he tried to correct. This was NOT the only drywalling he attempted and tried his best. He repainted at his own behest at least 5 times on the new drywall in the new bathroom as well as 4 times in the foyer. It seems he likes to repair the spots after painting.
Needless to say we don't get updates on our project and the work has been SUBPAR AT BEST. We have had to ask them to complete the coat closet
I'm contacting the better business bureau for advise on how to proceed. I'll try to keep this updated for anyone trying to use this company..

Jacob Smith was very helpful throughout my kitchen design and cabinet and granite ordering process. He replied quickly to all my questions and got replacement cabinets when the ones I ordered came in damaged. Overall a good experience.

Purchased our home 3 years ago. The kitchen was small and not very functional. We knew we wanted to remodel, but could not figure how to make the kitchen better. Heard Starline's commercials on the radio. Kitchen designer Leasha Sorenson came out and discussed many options with us. One her suggestions was to move kitchen into dinning room. Leasha spent time designing two layouts. One in existing space and second design in old dinning room. Her 3D perspectives made it easy to see each design. We decided to move the kitchen into dinning room. Her attention to details and layout recommendations made our new kitchen perfect. Everyone who worked on the kitchen were professional . Highly recommend Leasha for kitchen projects. She spent a lot of time designing two options we reviewed.

The best designer is Leasha Sorenson at Starline. Everybody love my two sink kitchen with bar and large storage island that seat 8 people with double island. Something different that stand out from the crowd. Unique details with alot of cabinets.

Update:
After the completion of my bathroom I had some questions and my designer/sales representative reached out to me and discussed with me the concerns that I had during my bathroom remodel. He made everything right and was professional during our entire conversation. I am happy with the result of my bathroom and Starline's follow up.
I wish I could select 2.5 stars. The designer I had drew me a beautiful kitchen and bathroom remodel I loved them both. I got my kitchen done first. I had 1 contractor who came in everyday and was wonderful I could leave him while I went to work and every night I came home there was progress seen. It took a while to get going I went to the showroom in May and the job did not start until the end of August 2016 and he completed the job in 6 weeks. Because I had such a good experience with the kitchen I decided to have my bathroom done. This experience was the complete opposite. I went to the showroom in February and the job did not start until August 1, 2017. To this date the job is STILL NOT DONE! Instead of 1 contractor I've had several in and out of my house they showed up late without calling and I had to take numerous days off work. The first day of demo the contractor broke the arm on my outside lamp post told me he'd fix it and never did. I finally ordered one online and put it back up myself. The dry wall guy was a Slob. He got mud all over my new bathtub and on my walls in the hall and he didn't have his own broom and dust pan so he asked to use mine and, yes, got mud all over it and I had to buy a new one. The painters did a half A** job. Didn't even paint everything they were suppose to. First time came without enough primer so had to go out to the store. Second time I thought he was going to touch up. NOPE. He painted the inside of my door but not the outside going into the hallway and did not touch up any of the first guys work (and it needed it) so I have painting to do to get that part of the job completed. The tile guy was great he did an awesome job the tile work is beautiful I'm very happy with that. Then the contractor comes back in and they gouge my expensive marble tile while installing the cabinets I'm told that will be fixed but I'm not holding my breath. And so here it is October 17, 2017 and the job still IS NOT DONE!! Last time I heard from Starline was via text on September 12, 2017 so 1 month has gone by and nothing and the job still is not completed. That's why the 2.5 stars it all goes for the kitchen and the contractor who was a one man show and was awesome. I would ask a lot of questions if you use this company and be very patient their communication stinks.
