Kyle came out a couple weeks ago to address a squirrel issue we had in our attic. He was able to come out within an hour on a Saturday and even came for a follow up Sunday. He was polite, professional, and got the job done right. Even found and sealed off the entry point and recommended I trim a tree. 5 stars, highly recommended, I will inform my friends about them as well!

Kyle came out today and was very helpful and pleasant to speak with & answered all my questions. He identified the entry points of where pests could be entering and sealed them off and made me aware of what is needed on my end. Sprayed the house inside & out & placed traps. Also coming back out in a few weeks which is included in the price that is 1/3 for what the bigger company’s are asking. Great price & have not seen the results yet so I will follow up on this post for that but the service was excellent so far.

I had the worst experience with this company. There are so many other pest control places. Please take your business elsewhere. They took advantage of the fact that I was a new homeowner and charged me a large amount of money for a service that didn’t work. When I called back so they could come back and fix the issue, they refused to and were so rude.

I brought them out to help remove bed bugs. The owner came with a helper. Very friendly, explain everything very well. Sprayed very thoroughly. After the 1st treatment, it seem to drop the infestation to a small amount (2-3). Had them come out a second time, this the helper came out. Did see to do as through of a job. After another month the infestation began to get worse. Followed every thing they told us to do. Called to see why this would be, just kept saying we did something wrong. Agree to come out again for free. Sent the helper, again I had to remain him several time to area he missed. since they left, nothing has changed. we keep do the after care, with no better results. He claim to he the BEST, but so far I would disagree.

I attempt to be nice with my review. But it seems the owner does not know how to take ownership of his failures. He bragged he was the best in the business with bed bugs. The 1st attempt seem professional, with a new person in training. We followed his after care instructions. Which were these things. Dry all your clothes, then put them back. Vacuum everyday. we did. 2nd attempt, the tech said he over water the chemical, the 3rd time the tech need to be reminded of spots he forgot to spray , under the bed, door ways, etc. So maybe owner stops bragging how great he is, and realize he not.

Edit 2: OK the this man out right lies. We hired another company with a far better track record. They removed the bugs in less that 1/8 of blessed time. Let’s look his lies by the prep layout.
1. Blessed prep was this. Bag up all ur clothes dry them. But them back the tech finished treating and dried.
2. Vacuum daily in spots where u see bugs.
3. That it! That all he said all 3 times I talked to him
Other company prep.
1. Bag all cloths wash and dry. Rebag. Live out of bags until bugs are gone.
2. . Remove all drawers from dressers. Clean out all closets etc.
3. Do not need to vacuum daily. Vacuum when u see bugs or at least 2 twice with in a weeks time.

Last thing, they were very through with the spraying. Blessed first time yes, after that no. Both visit the tech did not do as thru. I even had to remind to spay in specific areas. Also yes the second time my daughter was home sick with the flu. Sorry I could tell her to go away so u can spray. One room in the basement.

Hire blessed if u want, just realize the owner has an ego. Especially when you 1st meet him he said “I am the best at remove bed bugs, not one is better.”

Kyle and Jason arrived at my home regarding a rodent issue. My experience with this company was great from start to finish! Jason took my call that morning and was at my home by 1pm.
