Joe (service tech) came out today to repair a broken tension spring on my garage. He texted me before his arrival. He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He evaluated the problem, provided two options for replacement springs prior to starting. Once underway, he noticed additional parts that were wearing out, brought them to my attention. I decided to have him replace the wearing parts, since the spring assembly was already torn apart. I was provided a quote prior to him replacing the additional parts. He did a 24 point inspection when he was done with the installation. Overall, an excellent service experience. Highly recommend A1 Garage Door Service.

Gavin is a reliable technician. He called me before he arrived, he assessed my garage door problem and quoted me a reasonable price. He then fixed my issue in about one hour and with less material used. He adjusted the price accordingly to reflect that change. I appreciate the service that Gavin provided.
