My first experience with Grapids was beyond awesome! Grant and Chris came out the same day I called! My furnace and AC both quit. After a thorough inspection, neither could be repaired! The plumber was great. He was careful, and explained all that he would do to fix the leak under the sink, and install a new garbage disposal. He cleaned up his work area well, and gave us a detailed invoice of the work he planned to do. Our central AC went down on Sunday. We called and had a technician out by 11am on Monday. Our 30+ year old unit was dead. The technician offered a repair quote and replacement quote, highly recommending the replacement if possible because it would not last long. Knowing the age of the unit, we knew a replacement was the way to go. It was nice they were willing to work within our budget and needs. The new unit was installed today, Tuesday! Everyone from the office to sales to technicians was wonderful. Highly recommend! We feel we have a great new AC at a fair price and installed within 30hrs. Ethan was our salesperson. He was knowledgeable and very kind. Brent and Ramon were our installation crew and were very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They made as little disruption as possible, attention to detail and pride in their workmanship was obvious. Definitely will be using this company again!

Neil was so nice and very thorough!! He was very informative on our new furnace filter system which was extremely helpful as we new very little about the new system and was even buying the wrong filters.
We had our furnace, hot water heater, and A/C unit replaced 2 years ago with Grapids. We did a lot of research on different companies and their products they use and Grapids just worked with us on great deals and bundles. We couldn’t be happier with the friendliness and how informative everyone we met and talked to you on the phone has been.
