I worked with Christy on a larger project in downtown Grand Rapids to furnish new window shades for nine brand new apartments in our portfolio. We received excellent customer service and the window coverings turned out exactly as we hoped. Highly recommend.

This review is for Great Lakes Window Coverings Customer Service.The original company that installed my blinds had long since gone out of business. My dog decided that she didn't want the blinds closed a third of the way down at prime outdoor viewing spots in the house. Tony came out and provided the original estimate. He was quite professional and took all COVID precautions while in my home. In the end, the estimate was incredibly close with no surprises. Tony was upfront that due to COVID that there would be delays with parts and it will take awhile. This was not an issue for me. My estimate was completed in May and repairs were completed in September. When the parts did come in, Davinn came to repair the blinds. He was professional and personable while going through my house repairing each blind. He cleaned up whatever mess was made and took all COVID precautions. The blinds looked incredible once all the repairs were made. Throughout all of this, I worked with Shauna in Customer Service. She was kind and friendly over the phone. She provided all the information on the repair process, costs, and scheduling. She represented the company well. I highly recommend them.

A great place to purchase blinds, shades and the new Transitional shade pictured below. They also have great bedding suites to purchase. The sales staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable.

I worked with Denis Miller for my window treatments. I emailed the company and he and another employee promptly replied (I went with Denis because he sent the first email). He was very professional, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He came to our house in coopersville for a free estimate and was not pushy and didn't throw tons of options at me. I really love my product as well. We did 15 sets of blinds and they look amazing, so good!
