Called for a sick raccoon in my yard. Roy showed up shortly after and even though the job got a little more complicated, he got it done quick and efficient. I could also tell he was trying to make it less stressful for the animal, even though it was clearly on its last leg. Price was fair too. Definitely would recommended to anyone.

After having Critter Control quote $4000 for roof ridge and siding sealing, we asked for a 2nd opinion from Roy Stafford with Empire. He did find critter signs in our attic, and told us how to either do it ourselves, or have it done for about 1/2 the cost of CC. Never hurts to get second quotes, especially if the first seems high! Thanks Roy and Empire for being honest and so knowledgeable!

Had a snake issue today. Call the handful of places no one was willing to take on the project. I found Empire pest in wildlife control called and spoke with a guy named Mason. He instantly took the challenge on and sent out one of his best guys Roy Stafford. Roy came to my home and introduced himself to myself and my whole family caught the snake within five minutes taught me a few things about snakes as well as told me some cool stories. Highly highly highly recommend this company.

I got two estimates for what I feared were termites from two of Empire's competitors. Both were for hundreds of dollars, and they never came out to look at our house. Terry from Empire came out for an actual inspection. He was knowledgeable and reassured me that the problems I was having were not from termites. He even sprayed for wood boring bees. When I asked what I owed, he said that this was a free inspection. If I had gone with Empire's competitors, I would have spent hundreds of dollars for nothing. If I ever have a problem with pests, I know I'll turn to Empire.
