We had our house repiped to pex recently with Great Lakes and they did a great job. I had 3 companies come out to give a quote and Great Lakes was by far the most impressive from the beginning. The guy who did the quote fully explained everything and spent some time walking me through everything. This gave me the confidence that they knew what they were doing. The other 2 companies just came in took some notes and emailed me a quote. Great Lakes also happened to be the best quote I received which I was glad for. When it came time for the work, the guy who did the quote was the one leading the work which explains why he was able to give all of the details during the quote. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

I could not recommend Great Lakes Plumbing enough!! We were told by 2 other plumbers that we had the worst clogged sink drain they had ever seen. They both charged us and never fixed a thing. Then I reached out to Misty and she sent Bill out and it took two attempts but they were able to get the drain flowing again. They were so kind and understanding of our situation. If you ever have a plumbing needed, don't waste your time calling anyone else. Call Great Lakes!!!

If there was a 0 it would better represent what this company deserves. When we called to have gas line moved they installed instead of saying sure let me get someone out it was about when the new stove was already here. We did not ask for it to be moved for free. Just to have it moved so we could use stove. When I became upset because they wanted us to call another company to do such a small job I became upset and they felt I should not be raising my voice and hung up on me.

Had a shower head break off the pipe in the wall. Called GLP. They were super helpful over the phone and had me scheduled for the next day. Nick came out the next morning and had everything fixed, working better than before and was done before noon. All of it was done for a great price. Will definitely be using them again

One of my kids had an accident and broke the downstairs bathroom faucet. I had called other plumbing companies, but I couldn't find an earlier appointment than two weeks out. I called Great Lake Plumbing services this Tuesday and they had an appointment available for Wednesday, which was perfect. To my surprise, about an hour after I made the appointment, they had an opening and could be at my home to help in about 30 min. Alex arrived and keeped me informed of what he was doing and how he was going to repair the damage at all times. He showed me the broken pieces that needed replacing and showed me the new pipes that he would be installing. Once done, he showed me how he sealed the wall where the repair had to be and how the new faucet worked. He made sure to clean up the area and leave it as it was. I'm happy my boys have their own bathroom back and I mine. Thank you.

Their pricing was fair, the plumber was very friendly and professional. We also asked for quotes on other projects and received honest feedback including telling us some projects weren't necessary.
