My experience with the staff at all star rental is great. The people are knowledgeable and nice to me. My problem was with the equipment actually. I rented a brush hog because i had a job that required a tool like this for high grass and weeds. The first time the tool broke, it just stopped running and i couldn’t get it started. The next day, a team member came out and got it running and everything went okay for about 30 minutes…then it broke again! It started smoking and not cutting the brush any longer so i loaded it up and took it home as the office was closed on Sunday. I didn’t get charged for this.

Great company!!!! I rented a 10 inch Vermeer wood chipper for a chip job and that boy got the job done! And sooner than expected! Highly recommend!

Was given a piece of equipment with a bad thumb screw and the when the snake was stuck because it couldn't spin I spent the next 4 hours trying to take their defective equipment out. I had been calling up to this store all day that it couldn't get out and finally they sent me help 10 minutes before they closed to pick the machine up and the building I was at was 5 minutes down the road and now they are charging full price plus the deposit because they gave me defective equipment that wasted my whole day and didn't get the job done.

Used them for our wedding Oct 2022... can't recommend enough! super easy to deal with in setting up times etc and modifying orders as needed right up to the big day. They have pretty much anything you might need to DIY your event at reasonable prices - we rented the lights and speaker/mic set up along with tables and chairs.

I rent from here alot like 10's of thousands of dollars a year and can tell you they have some of the best prices around and some of the nicest equipment around. Staff is always very friendly and professional. They let you know as soon as possible if something is going on with the equipment which is occasionally a short notice but i get that because when you make money on renting equipment and it gets used alot it breaks. Any issues ive had have always been taken care of. Thanks for being a great local family owned business.
