JP Heating is the Best HVAC service and installation in West Michigan. They are always responsive (my issue happened at 7p Sunday - left a message to call me tomorrow but I received a callback within 30 minutes asking if I needed help now). Their technicians are knowledgeable, personable, quick, and always respectful, plus clean up after the job is done. I have used them for 20 years for Furnace/AC/mini-splits/in-floor heating both residential and commercial, and will ALWAYS use them for any HVAC service.

JP Heating and Air Conditioning have always been there for my family. Jason personally came to fix our heat on New Year’s Day when he heard we had a newborn. They are fast, reliable, and most importantly think about you as a customer not just their business. They will give you their honest opinions and not just try to sell you the highest priced product. We will continue to happily use them for all our house needs (AC, furnace, tankless water heater, and water softener so far).

I am not a new customer of JP Heating and Air Conditioning. I continue to be a customer because of their focus on providing quality service and dependability. I called this time because of problems with the furnace on a very cold, snowy day. The dispatcher gave me a two hour window when I could expect the technician to arrive. I received an email letting me know that the texh was on his way. The email included a picture of Scott and a short bio. Scott arrived - listened to my description of the issue and resolved the issue within 30 minutes - letting me know along the way what happened and the resolution.
I am not a new customer of JP Heating and Air Conditioning and I will continue to be a customer because of their focus on customer service and doing the job right. March 22, 2024

We’ve had an excellent experience with the people at JP heating and air conditioning these last few days.
Called Wednesday at noon because our air conditioner was not working. They sent someone out the next morning, around 830. He was very informative & professional. He helped me to better understand the system in general & explained some additional maintenance I could do myself. Unfortunately, our 27 year old air conditioner was done in.

The next morning, Friday, they had a quote for us to install a brand new air conditioner at a reasonable price. Today, Monday morning, they came and installed a new air conditioner.

Both service instances allowed us to pay by either a card or by check at the time of service with no issue.

Very happy with the timing and the quality of service.
