Jarod and his team did a phenomenal job on replacing 3 windows. They were extremely fast, efficient, and courteous. They patiently answered questions and worked around a curious toddler watching every aspect. One window is particularly large. The wood strip was nailed in, the installer decided to move it in order to have it cover more and look nicer. They really paid a lot of attention to detail to make it look nicer inside and out.

Had the rep come to the house and provide a window quote.

First red flag, when given the quote the final numbers looked good. However upon review of the quote I noticed several lines with quantities and no price. I inquired and was told “oops” I forgot to add it in. Corrected quote only to find more blank lines. Final quote several thousand dollars more than original quote due to oversights of the representative.

Felt a little like bait and switch, however mistakes happen. We ultimately wanted to move forward with a modified quote not replacing all windows (most replaced but not all).

We applied for financing and scheduled an appointment for the final measure.

Second red flag, no call no show for final measurements.

Next day my wife is out at appointments and I’m working from home. Owner shows up to measure. I’m like, hey I think the appointment was for yesterday. We work from home and schedule specific times so we can put the dogs away, and not have conflicts with work.

I told the guy, sorry my wife was not home and he will have to wait and reschedule.

He said, “well the windows are here right”

No offense, but you no called no showed. You apparently left a message on my wife’s phone 15-20 minutes before you showed up on another day, and no apologies for the mix up, but give me an attitude when I tell you, you need to reschedule.

Zero ownership of his teams mistakes, no apology for messing with my schedule, just attitude.

He said he wouldn’t be in business for 20 years if this was normal.

I said, well I guess it was just bad luck for me. He literally just said yup bad luck for you.

Again no, I’m sorry for the mix up or anything. Just bad luck for your inconvenience.

Maybe the red flags are warranted???

Wow! Don’t ignore the red flags!

Had several other quotes after Window World.

Went with Champion, amazing warranty. Costs more, but they are professional and the warranty is hands down better.

Don’t settle for mediocre, when you can have better!

We have used Window World for two investment properties and have been happy with the service both times. The most recent one was a full house of replacement windows (13) and two exterior doors. It’s an old house with lots of challenges, but the crew was in and out within three hours, and everything looks amazing. They cleaned up great and communicated well throughout the process. These windows are great! Open and close easily. Both top and bottom window can be tipped in to clean the exterior. The installers were professional and cleaned up any mess made while doing the work. Removal of old windows and replacement of new windows happened quickly to prevent high amounts of heat loss. Over all process was very fast and the job turned out wonderful. Thanks to Chelsea for the great sale and to Cory for the awesome install.

I’ve been waiting 4 months after install to write this review just to give them a fair chance to do what they said they would. Install was fast and the crew were all very nice. The windows themselves were installed with the glass incredibly dirty with stickers still all over them. Cleaning them was a pain and took me hours. After they left there were lots of handles and screens missing. The covers are all different colors as well. They said they would replace them all in just a few weeks. They did come back in a few weeks, but they had all the wrong parts again. 4 months later I’m still getting the same answer everytime I ask. It’ll be just a few more weeks they say. I’ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking
