Overall

I really cant say enough good things about Askar Heating and Cooling. I have used them twice and they are fast, responsive, technically excellent, friendly and professional. The first time I used them I was told by a different company that I had a hole in my 2 year old furnace heat exchanger and I needed to have it replaced (it was 2 months out of warranty and I would be responsible for the whole bill). My problem was the high limit switch keep kicking off. The other company told me it would take two weeks to get my heat exchanger and I couldn't use my furnace. (all done by visual inspection only and it was freezing outside---my wife freaked!!!) I called Askar and they sent out a tech within two hours. He rapidly determine that there was no heat exchanger issue via diagnostic testing and it determined it was an air flow problem. He went through a complete diagnostic test and ended up calling tech service to get assistance. The problem ended up being a flow restriction problem on the heat exchanger due some foam that had fallen on it from the original installation which caused localized heating of the high limit switch. The second time I used Askar, Faris, the owner, came to service my mini-split. He was very friendly, effective and rapidly helped me get the mini-split up and running. The frosting on the cake, is that they have extremely fair rates. I am a very happy customer and wanted to take the time to write about this first class company. Overall

We have a service contract with Consumers Energy and our air conditioning stopped working. They sent out Askar H&C to help us. the whole process was timely with great service. All techs were professional and extremely knowledgeable. Askar we're fair in pricing and quick to respond.They go above and beyond.Thanks to Lucas, Matt and Joe and the whole crew. Got to my 93 year old mom within 1 hour! Water heater blew! They were out next day at 8:00 to install! New one! Time was if the essence and I highly commend and refer them! Techs were outstanding both days!! Couldn’t be better! Great follow up after install which I’m not normal nowadays! A call, a text and an email!!
Fantastic! Price wise not sure time was not on our side but well worth it in my eyes! I was in the service business 35 years and this company is old school service and really cares about their customers!
Couldn’t be happier! Will refer them often!!
