Acme Pool Specialist, Bob and Deborah are the BEST!
We had our liner replaced a few years back from another company and many many issues... leaks, wrinkles, no support and no responsibility.
Called Acme and Bob came out quickly, looked at, discussed, gave us the quote and we got the process started. From beginning to end what a smooth and perfect process. Deborah was fantastic with follow up and getting questions answered and keeping us informed. Bob was amazing with getting our liner replaced and doing a great job. Our liner looks great and is working great. Thank you Bob, Deborah and Acme, the best!!

Can't find a spot to reply. You told us that you will no longer talk to us on the phone. That you guys did nothing wrong when installing our pool liner. Water was under the line. Asked multiple times for someone to come and look. Still.. nothing you did was wrong. Posted this 6 months ago and now replying back. I would never do business with you guys again and I'm sure to tell my pool friends the same. If I could give you 0 stars, I would.

Do not use this pool company if you are considering getting a fiberglass pool. The sales experience was great. Bob came out promptly in Oct 2022 for a quote , took us to look at the pool at his warehouse, and gave us a completion date of June 2023. We went with Acme Pools because Bob was very informative and knowledgeable about pools. Even though his quote was $20k more than the other companies, we decided to use them as they were also closer. Unfortunately, the pool was not finished until October 2023 and we were not able to use it this season. Typically the installation of a fiberglass pool should take a couple of weeks. However, I feel like this company had too many projects going on at once. Communication could have been a lot better and that is why the project took longer. The electricians and cement guys were told that the project was ready and when they came out, the stuff wasn’t completed that needed to be done. Acme Pools need more workers that can handle machinery as Bob was pretty much a one man show. The filter was defective and water was leaking and if it wasn’t brought to his attention, I doubt it would have been replaced. However, he acknowledged that it was leaking after we let him know. Which means that he put a defective one in and left it. The entire experience was just not great. It was dry for several weeks and they tried to come the day after it rained knowing that the ground was going to be too soft for any heavy equipment. We have a year warranty, and hopefully we don’t have to use them. I have all the texts, messages, and pictures during this process. Keep in mind that the pool after cement and electricity was about $100k so we were on edge about the non communication during the entire project. After the pool was completed; On 12/21/23, we had a winter maintenance question and used the same number that we have in the past to communicate with Bob/Acme pools. We received a response stating, “I don’t know who this is”. He was just here on November 29 collecting the last payment of $4k because they had just put the winter cover on and now they don’t recognize the number. How is that? That’s just awful customer service.

The pool looks nice, however, we were not able to use it yet. All the subcontractors used were great. If you do decide to use Acme Pools, just have A LOT of patience and know that they don’t communicate well.

10/10 would recommend. We have an indoor/outdoor pool that required two liners. A myriad of companies came out to quote the job. Some flat out refused. Others quoted than backed out due to the complexity of the pool. Im an anxious OCD sort of person and I felt that the liner needed to be replaced ASAP. I figured out who did the liner last time (Acme) and contacted them. I wanted specific guarantees that the job would be done this year. No problem, said Deborah. Last week, the crew came out and within the week, the new liner was in. I couldnt be more satisfied about the work that was done. I can now rest in piece that I have a new liner, and no leaks. Bob is super knowledgeable and kind. He is a legit lifesaver. The project was completed on time and on budget. What else can you ask for???

I had a ripped liner when we opened our pool this year. I reached out to Acme and the came out and measured the pool, Robert was personable and kind. We ordered our liner, an awesome gray color! Their team came out in a few weeks to install it. Got it done in a few hours! Came with new drain covers and beauty rings, thanks Acme for everything!

Starting with appointment and deposit with Deborah. No hassles. They promised me a new liner at the end of July and to my suprise they got me in onJune 10th! Old liner taken out and loaded in my pickup promptly and new liner measured to specks and immediately installed after old liner was taken out. Very organized and perfect cleanup. Water was delivered my Gardiner and Sons promptly. A great experience and I highly recommend!!!!
