Very excited to finally get a Generac. No more worries when the weather turns bad. APCOM is the company to go with. They were prompt, courteous and professional. The installers were respectful, and all answered questions that I had. The office staff are helpful and made the process run smoothly. I would highly recommend this company!

After our last power outage, which lasted 72+ hours, we decided to bite the bullet and get a generator. Two of our relatives/neighbors, Mother in law and bro in law, have Generac whole house generators that were purchased from and installed by Apcom Electric so the choice was easy.

I called them and in less than 2 days Bill was out to do a site survey and submit a proposal. The price was fair so we ordered it. To tell the truth we did not even shop price. Our family members have had such positive experiences with Apcom, there was no reason to look elsewhere.

The installation was done yesterday by a crew of very professional, courteous, techs. They explained hows and whys of what they were doing as they worked. They were very clean and tidy as they worked, even though it was raining.

After the installation was complete, I received training on the generator, what do do if there were error codes, or red warning light, etc. (very simple BTW) The warranty and preventative maintenance plan was explained and all questions answered in layman's terms as well.

I am confident that if there is ever a problem, Apcom will take care of it to my 100% satisfaction.

I would like to add...after the first year of ownership, I am so happy we purchased our Generac generator. Our power has gone out several times and the generator has done its job without a hiccup. A couple of the power outages lasted over 12 hours and it is comforting to know we can continue our life without the worry or inconvenience of having no electricity.
