Andrew replaced existing washer valves with new valves and did an excellent job. He was very professional and courteous. He was here a few months ago to install a new water line for the refrigerator and did a great job then, also.

Alan and Sean came to do a job that had been estimated at well over $1000. They were able to complete the repair and totally resolve our issue for considerably less without ripping out our ceramic tile. Professional. Knowledgeable and honest!

Had a continuous hot water heater placed. Andrew and Sean were with us for 2 days and were professional and helpful. Andrew made some suggestions of how we could get a lifetime warranty for the heater by adding a water softener which we were on the fence about. We did have it installed and are really pleased that we made the decision to use Advantage Plumbing. Highly recommend.

The plumbing for my new washer and dryer had to be set inside the wall, and Andrew came out and completed the work in a few short hours. He kept me updated as he worked and explained everything before he left. The next day I got a follow up call from Advantage. Would use them in the future and recommend them.

Andrew came out to do the annual Diamond Club inspection and found the kitchen shut-off valve was leaking in the crawl space. Fixed it in no time and put everything back under the cabinet. Bonus! I got an extra 5% off for fixing it the same day as the inspection. With Diamond Club discount, it was a total of 20% off. Very pleased with the time, having all parts on the truck and cleaning up. Andrew was very courteous and knowledgeable. Have never regretted calling Advantage Plumbing when I had a problem.

Our 18 year old water heater started leaking and Advantage Plumbing sent someone out within the same day to evaluate and give us our options . We decided to replace it, and so the very next day Zachary came out and did a great job installing the new unit. He was thorough and attentive to detail, even taking extra time and care to remove a couple of small dirt marks left in the carpet from the dolly. I highly recommend Advantage Plumbing for any service that you need.

I had an emergency of a leaking water heater on a Saturday. Called 1 company that Saturday and didn't feel comfortable with the person who came out to help, which I was told they couldn't do anything on a Saturday anyway. Monday rolled around, and company #1 didn't get back to me until late in the afternoon. Tuesday morning, I called company #2, and they couldn't help me at all this week due to a full schedule and I finally heard back from company #1, who could help until Thursday... I needed help now! My basement is soaked, and I'm having a nervous breakdown.

Here's where Advantage Plumbing Hero's come into play. Andrea's voice answering the phone alone made me feel at ease! She was so sweet and calming and probably could tell by my voice I was a nervous wreak and knew nothing about water heaters. Aaron arrived on time and was ready to get to work. He was professional, polite, and respectful. He did an amazing job installing our new water heater. He also made me feel so much more comfortable than any other technician I've ever had in my house before. I will forever be grateful for Advantage Plumbing. Thank you for being my heroes of the week!!

The people at advanced plumbing are worth every cent. They are courteous, as flexible as they can be with their busy schedule , polite and THEY SHOW UP. I had Jason and he was wonderful. He was very patient with me asking a hundred questions. He was able to finish the job in one visit. And the problem I had is solved. I have used them for a couple of years and have been very happy

Andrew is amazing and his work is outstanding. He is very communicative. The only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 is because of pricing. I already spent $5300 in plumbing and I had them come out over a warranty issue with the laundry drain being installed in the wrong direction. I originally told them not to worry about the main floor bath as we were remodeling the sink and the shower. I realized afterwards that we did not have a toilet on the main level. They would need to install pex for maybe 2 feet and install the metal shut off to give us water to the toilet. Also our spout for the upstairs bathtub did not have a diverter to turn the shower on. Andrew said he had a bunch of extra and swapped it out for me. Those two things cost me $414. His total time doing those 2 things was maybe 45min. That’s equivalent of almost $475 an hour as the part cost was maybe $75. So all together I was $5700 into repair at this point.

I wanted to see about having them hookup my new hot water heater after my old one busted and I was quoted $800 to connect 2 copper pipes and 3 wires. I was shocked by this quote after the amount of money I’ve spent. Oh this pricing was with their diamond club monthly fee club to get a 10-15% discount (can’t remember if it was 10 or 15).

If money is never an issues do not hesitate to hire this company. But if money is an issue night need to consider other vendors.
