Overall

We have spent so much time, energy, and money correcting the mistakes Steve Inman and Complete Pools and Construction have made. We gave him the benefit of the doubt when his guys started doing things wrong with the concrete and plumbing. We asked him to please make the proper adjustments and the more we asked, the less we heard from him. He eventually stopped returning our calls and never came back. We hired another pool company to do an official inspection of the work as well as asked a 3rd pool company to give us an estimate on the repairs. Both of these pool companies found the exact things wrong that my husband had seen (who is in building and construction). In the end, we will be out almost $20,000 in correcting his work. Do not hire this company.

DO NOT use this company! My family has been waiting a full year now for their pool to be finished. All they get is excuse after excuse from Steve the owner, who is being sued by a loan company. We have been asked to pay the loan company directly instead of Steve. We were told the pool would be finished by end of June 2023, after they broke ground on the initial project in May 2023. Now we’re getting subpoenas in addition to the year long headache.

Our experience with Steve and the crew was a rollercoaster to say the least. The crew had to install 3 different liners due to wrinkles and tears in them, and a large leak in the first one. We did swim last summer but spent an arm and a leg refilling the water and dumping chemicals due to the leak in the liner. They came to install the third liner and of season and what we were left with after over a year of construction is a pool with the wrong liner design. Steve also left the job and refused to come back to reinstall the lights that he ripped out so we are stuck finding someone who will come and reinstall the lighting that got corroded from the liner leaking. We are also stuck finding someone to install the correct liner. Our cable line got cut 3 different times even though it was marked off before dig day. Many issues and at the end of the day the job was never completed. We liked Steve and the crew and they tried to right their wrongs for the most part but at the end of the day I would have paid more for less headaches and a completed pool.

Overall

Steve did a great job installing a fiberglass pool in a small backyard. The finished pool is beautiful. In addition to the pool they installed all the concrete, an automatic pool cover and we used them to install all new Anderson windows in the home (they do construction work in the winter months to keep busy).

I highly recommend Complete Pools. They do nice work and are easy to work with.

Steve does not respond or answer phone calls after a job is complete. The bottom of our pool feels like their are rocks at the bottom because it was not smoothed out.

I have sent countless messages with no response. He promised to bring a roller back to correct it and has not.

I want to be reasonable and not give a one star but I’m not happy with the service after our pool has been installed. Additionally, some of the other comments say his communication is lacking.

Our heater in our pool does not work either and we have not been able to get any communication in regards to that.

Steve and his crew are fantastic! Everyone was always respectful and kind when you talked to them. Steve is very patient and answers any and every question you ask - trust me, I gave him plenty. ? Our pool is beautiful quality work. We have had many compliments and given many referrals.

When selecting a pool contractor we chose Steve because he was a licensed contractor meaning he handles EVERYTHING. He pulls the permits. He subcontracts anything he doesn't personally do. You don't have to do any of it. He was knowledgeable of any and all codes at our initial meeting and knew whether what we wanted was doable or not. After completion of the work Steve has been very helpful with small problems or questions. He doesn't just dismiss you when the job is done and payday is complete.

Overl 10/10 would reccomended to anyone!
