Great experience with ASAP! Got a great price on a replacement garage door. The installer team showed up on time, were very pleasant to work with, had all the parts and equipment ready to go, and had the entire door replacement completed in three hours. I couldn't ask for a better experience and would recommend without hesitation.

Had to get the tension spring repaired on my garage door. Scheduled the service on a Friday, and Bill was able to stop by my house the following monday for the repair. took no more than 15 minutes to fix! while he was at it, he fixed the janky garage door button i had, and even mounted it on the wall for me. Its been a few months now and the garage door is still working flawlessly. thank you ASAP!

Highly recommend! ASAP garage door sent an excellent technician Justin to have my garage door repaired. I am very satisfied on all his work. He gave me very valuable advice on maintenance and structure at the same time. I was lucky to have Justin here and he is used to be a training teacher with great patience.

Edit: Had some issues with communication but it was later handled promptly very well by the owner and the technician, and I had my door installed within 7 days.

Had the appointment on Friday at 10:00 pm. The technician showed up 1.5 hours late at 11:30 pm. Was there for about 10 minutes; half the time he was on his phone with somebody. Gave two quick glances at the door and said we would need a new door which would be about $1800. He said someone would reach out to us from the sales department soon. No one called back. I called ASAP the next day. The person on the other side told me that apparently the technician didn't write any notes on the case. He told me that they would look into it and someone would reach out to me by the end of Monday (they didn't).

Really great job! I just paid $40 someone to tell me in 5 minutes something I already knew, that my door is broken, while making me wait 1.5 hours of my day. ??

Had a great experience and highly recommend ASAP Garage Doors! This was my first time ever dealing with a garage issue, and ASAP came out the same day I called. Mike did the initial quote and let me know the garage couldn't be repaired and instead needed to be replaced. That was a bummer to hear but after researching it more and getting various quotes, I went with ASAP who was the most affordable and specifically requested Mike for the install. He was knowledgeable, professional and so easy going throughout the process, it put me at ease. We had to reschedule the install a few times due to weather, which is understandable in January, but the day-of install was a breeze. The new door has been in for a couple weeks with no issues - we are happy customers!
