Overall

We love our new Deck. Jon and his team did an amazing job and I can't recommend them enough. They were very punctual every morning and Jon kept me updated every step along the way. During the quoting process Jon was very detail oriented and provided me with a lot more information to help me make an informed decision then other contractors we also had provide a quote. Jon and his team worked very hard to make our deck both look perfect and last for a very long time. He did not cut corners at any point in the process, building us a quality deck that we will enjoy for decades.

Jon came and quoted a job nobody really wanted and gave a fair estimate that was maintained in the final price. His team were all prompt and busy the entire time they were on the job. They took a job that was partially done, not to code, and an existing stack of materials and figured out how to make it work. They undid things that didn't meet code before they really got started.
They had one rain out day that they tried to work through but it was just too much.
End result was a quality job on a finished deck.

Jon and his team did an amazing job on our deck! Their quality, professionalism, and attention to detail is just not something you're going to get with other builders. They built something that not only looks fantastic, but you can tell is built to last!

Communication was fantastic throughout the entire process, and the crew was considerate and kept the job site tidy. They had real dedication - working rain or shine.

We recently updated decided to update our deck using Trek composite. We asked Jon at deckedOut to take look at our deck and discussed what we wanted to do. Jon came back with a proposal that aligned with what we were looking to do.

They gave us a start date and estimated how long it would take and they we spot on. They started each day at 7:30am which was nice to see as it worked well with our work schedule.

On top of that they were well organized and kept their materials under the existing deck and cleaned up after themselves each day. Out side of the deck itself you wouldn’t know they were there. When the Trex arrive we kept it in the driveway but still not in our way.

As we were adding/updating our existing deck there were a few issues we ran in to but Jon always had a solution. It was awesome to see the deck come together so quickly.

I would strongly recommend that you have DeckedOut take a look at your new or remodel deck plans. The composite was a good choice for us as no more sealing and staining required…..

We are so incredibly happy with our new deck! Jon was so great at communicating every update with us and giving realistic timeframes. Jon and Adam took our out existing rotting wooden deck and strange concrete foundation from a past deck and fully transformed the look of the front of our house with Trex material. They were so fantastic to work with and would recommend them to anyone looking for work done. Our neighbors immediately commented how great the new deck looked and mentioned how they didn’t even realize we were getting work done because it was so quick, clean, and quiet! Thanks again Jon and Adam!
