We hired DRS Pools & Spa to install stairs, a hand rail, and a new pool liner for our in-ground pool and we could not be happier with the quality of work! The team at DRS was professional and provided us excellent customer service throughout the process. I highly recommend this business to all pool owners!

Josh and the DRS team are great to work with and nearly 3 years later, I am overly impressed with their post-sale help and support. I have called numerous times with questions and have had a few issues. The DRS team is always quick to respond and ensures my questions and issues are addressed. Thank you!!

Josh and his team were extremely pleasant to work with. They started on our pool in August and were done by end of September. We had a lot of rain so I think they would’ve been done sooner. Our neighbors even commented on how well they worked with very minimal mess. They were very responsive to every question we had and it was such an enjoyable experience working with them. We are very excited to use our pool next summer. Thank you DRS!

DRS did a great job. It took awhile but we are so happy with our pool. An improvement suggestion is better communication is needed with customers. Alex keeps things together very well. She deserves a raise!! We had a few snaffoos. And cleanup of concrete in the pool was a little scary but it all came out in the end. Yes the process could be better. I would suggest a “pool final review”at the end of of construction- do an initial cleaning (us cleaning up all the cement dumped in our pool was insane) and an overview of equipment, and most importantly an opportunity to review the build and correct any issues. We had never done a pool before so we had no idea what to look for, what to ask, or what to double check. So our ladder was not correctly done and it took me 8 months to realize it. Also after only 4-5 months of use the Hayward AquaVac 650, that come w/our package, quit working. Online reviews are a little negative of this vac anyway. Thankful Hayward was awesome and replaced with a better one- no questions asked!!

As a landscape designer and general contractor on this project, having subcontractors that have top-notch quality, perform in a timely manner, and are responsive to my client's needs and my design intention is extremely important. DRS was this firm. Thank you Josh and his team for helping us create this award winning, outdoor living dream for our clients. Looking forward to the next project.

Building a pool is a process. Sometimes fun, sometimes not. The company you chose for the journey makes all of the difference in the world. DRS stepped up to make that journey as painless as possible. Special recognition goes to Alex. She is the Communicator in Chief and the go-to for any questions. Thank you Alex. Another awesome employee is Kyle. This guy knows everything there is to know about pools and pool automation. he takes his time and is will to geek out with a fellow bass head.

They quit my pool job after promising 6 weeks. They started the job on 7/6 and finally cancelled the remaining work on 9/14 before cement. The took $37,000 to dig the pool. The pool is only 3 inches lower than my back porch. The sun deck we installed had no backfill, it popped when you walked on it. The gas line was ran an additional 150ft vs through the house. The excavator asked if they hit water or just didn’t want to remove all the dirt? The biggest mistake they made was all the witnesses of contractors, electricians, pool companies that came
To review their work they left. The grade wasn’t done correctly and my basement has flooded twice and ruined the finished carpet twice. Two insurance claims They would like to blame everyone else for the problems from civil engineer to anyone but the owner Josh. If you went to a job site where the plans were not correct or appropriate, you would review that with owner. I never met with anyone and never knew when anyone was coming. When I asked it was considered out of line and josh would become Aggressive.
I am out over $110,000 so far and the nightmare is not over. Still need to remove around 200 yards of dirt to prevent flooding due to how high the pool is.
As we all know a lawsuit will just result in them bankrupting the business or just never paying. If the only thing I can do is prevent someone else from losing their money, basement and six figures, then let that experience be worth it.
