The contractors were nice efficient and very courteous to all my questions. These are before and after of my big window i have 2 of these that were leaking so much air. I can already tell difference with being actually warm in my living room without blankets. Replaces some old windows upstairs as well.

Very pour communication. From the timeshare pitch the pure pressure to buy know and lack of communication after the company should be ashamed of there follow up . They won't last long in Petoskey doing business like this. They said windows didn't need weather tape on outside so I'm posting a picture of what they wrapped in metal this is not the way windows should be installed. Was told there was interest free financing for one year then they wanted 1300$ dollars because I was a cash deal overall the windows are nice but the company is run pitiful. Have tried to get answers to questions with couple different people and no one answer back.
Update after the company seen there 1 star rating I was contacted by a representative and she admitted that they dropped the ball on us as a customer and was going to make it right that was 5-6 weeks ago and was told they was sending us out a gift card for dinner because she said the buck stops with her. Haven't seen a thing. They responded to my review by saying putting weather seal tape is not required by building code this is a joke if anyone puts replacement windows in they seal them if not run the other way. I have had a few friends ask about this company and I tell them to do there homework. I personally would not use them again even if the windows are a good product the company is not. She also ask if I would change my review and I refused I feel like anyone purchasing windows has the right to know our experience so they can legitimately make there decisions who is right for them.

Stay away! They broke a window taking it out - not a big deal. Now the big deal is that they didn’t clean it up. Left glass pieces bigger than my hand. Sent someone back to clean it up and they moved the snow where the glass was to the middle of the deck. A week later they have yet to respond on how they are going to clean up this mess! We have a puppy and grandkids that now have to walk where they left the mess. I have bagged the snow and used the shop vac to try and clean it up. I was told they would take care of it and have heard NOTHING! Also, their truck broke down on the way and never called to say they were going to be late - I had to call. Then they ran out of time to wrap the windows and said they would be back on Saturday - yep, you guessed it - they didn’t show or call!! They just take your money and run!!
