Best place to go when tiling a room. They have so many ideas on display and it was easy to order and pick up. Our saleswoman was super helpful and recommended items we didn't think of. Will be back for our next project.

If I could rate lower, I would. My recent experience at The Tile Shop was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I felt misled and taken advantage of by the salesperson, Libin, who seemed more interested in his commission than providing honest assistance.

Libin oversold me on the amount of materials I needed, assuring me that I could return any unused items, only to later find out that the products were on backorder for at least six weeks. This misinformation wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress.

To make matters worse, when I called to inquire about the delay, I discovered that the system clearly indicated the backorder status, contradicting what I was told during the sales process. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable.

Thankfully, I was able to cancel my deposit and opt out of the deal. However, my frustration didn't end there. I later found the same materials in stock at another store for almost $2000 less.

Overall, my experience with The Tile Shop was deeply disappointing. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work towards improving their customer service and integrity. Save yourself the hassle and consider shopping elsewhere.

Angie helped me out at the Tile Shop. She asked us good questions and narrowed my tile choices and she recommended the tile we ended up buying. She was very communicative and followed up countless times and was able to procure some tile that was out of stock everywhere.

She went above and beyond what we had hoped. The tile at this shop was very elegant and the employees were all very helpful to us but Angie was the main point of contact for our project and she did great! See my bathroom in the pictures attached.

Overpriced and terrible quality. They only get the second star because my customer service experience was top notch.

I could find tile at half their price, and don't enjoy paying $32 for a tube of colored caulk. It's okay for tile to be expensive... if it is really high quality. I expect better than sheets with missing tiles, chipped glaze (5 places on one sheet!!!) and poorly constructed tiles with faces that fall right off and leftover artifacts from factory cutting that need to be addressed for the sheets to line up beside each other.

Very very unimpressed. Worse than Home Depot tile quality. Said it was inspected for quality too. Maybe the blind guy shouldn't be the one doing quality control in back.

The tile shop is a great destination for tile choices and knowledgeable personnel. I am new to shopping for tile but today's experience was a positive one. I would recommend a couple things to the company, though. A.) Have bottled water available upon request. And a sign saying it's available. It's very dry inside the store and when you spend hours in there, you can't get enough fluids in you. B.) Have a station available with assorted cabinet face colors, wall colors and good lighting. I struggled to find spaces in the store that I could set up my granite sample and tile sample. If you had a station with a few basic wall color areas, and a few door fronts in basic colors, it would greatly improve the experience for those of us that want to make the decision at the store. All in all, I'm very happy with the tile I found there and I'm looking forward to seeing it installed.

The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and very nice. They gave us tips on doing the tiling ourselves and had all the materials we needed to complete the job. This location also had tons of little tired "rooms" set up so you could really get an idea of what it would look like once tiled if it is hard for you to picture it yourself. They let us take home tile samples for free to see what looked best, we just had a really good experience.
