Overall

Bella Decks built a beautiful and solid deck for us in 2022. Everything was/is perfect and beyond our expectation. The total cost of the deck building was reasonable.

Frank Snell, the owner of Bella Decks, is professional, responsible, and efficient. Actually, his whole crew was very professional and considerate. They finished our big deck in 8 days and cleaned the build-site and power washed entire deck after the deck was built.

A few months later, Frank came with a worker and completed the warranty works and fixed some minor problems we reported.

The excellent quality and beauty of the new deck impressed many people in our neighborhood. We highly recommend Bella Decks and Frank Snell to those who want to build their dreamed decks.

Had Frank design and build us a deck at our new home in 2015 and have not had a single issue since. Even being elevated it is extremely solid feeling and never feels like it's shaking or rattling when walking around. Very low maintenance so it looks great year after year. Being a smaller company with little marketing, I found Bella to be very cost competitive. Highly recommend.

I am a lawyer and businessman. I found Bella Decks and Frank,the owner and his entire crew to be very nice and very efficient. Frank even came back to finish a couple items after I had paid him. His advice was knowledgeable and the decking and railing turned out great. It was also done at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

Frank was at our house in Milford on the agreed date and time. He was very professional, upfront and honest about the design and built. Frank laid out everything about the project from beginning to the end, from getting the permits to the last final inspection, and I tell you what, Frank never missed a beat. Frank's crew is very professional, knowledgeable, and very understanding of the nearby neighbors, meaning, they understood start and stop working times that did not disturb the near by houses. Frank was in touch throughout the whole process, and was very open and accommodating to a last minute change on the overall size of the deck. Yes, we decided to go bigger on the last minute and Frank and the crew were awesome throughout the whole thing. Upon completion of the project, the place was cleaned up and left ready to be used. My house was a new built at the time and after the deck was built about 2 years later there was some ground settling, and the stairs shifted. I called Frank and he sent out his crew and within 2 days they had it all fixed and good to go. My deck was built in 2015. Today 5/5/2020 the deck still look as good as it did on day one. I am still in touch with Frank, and he is always available to answer any question that I have of the deck, how to maintain it, etc.
On a separate note, I don't understand other reviews about "racism", I am Latino and my wife is Finnish. Not mention his wife is also Latina. That review is nonsense. Bella Decks is a solid company from the owner to the newest employee. They are my deck company if I have to built another one.
