Love my countertops but communication with this company is extremely poor. Took over a week longer to get my counters installed, then the guy came to install them at 7 pm at night without any notice. I needed a tax form from them and never heard back even after multiple emails. If we ever build/remodel again we will be going elsewhere.

Excellent customer service, beautiful craftsmanship. The owner and staff are helpful and professional. We remodeled a house on Maple Lake and were out of the area most of the time. Annandale Monument worked tirelessly to install quartz in the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a kitchenette. Highly recommended!

We have been working with Annandale Monument and countertops for the past three to 4 weeks on new countertops and the experience has been wonderful. It took sometime to find the right granite slab and Vince was very helpful and diligent on locating the right piece. Pedro has also been excellent to work with. And my countertops are not even in yet. Coming Wednesday can't wait.
Had some issues with getting the sink but countertops are now in and we love them. Thank you

Annandale Monument and Countertops were great to deal with! A couple of issues came up but they were quick to find a solution. We bought during their amazing Black Friday sale - our two issues, the slab we selected had already been sold and that hadn’t been communicated with the whole team so we had to select a different slab. We ended up with one we liked so much better - silver linings! Install was also pushed out a ways due to the demand of the sale and then a massive snowstorm hit, pushing things back a week or so but that little “hassle” was well worth the price we paid and the quality once they were installed. They are absolutely beautiful! We were able to use the same slabs for our entire kitchen and 2 bathrooms - all at a cost that would have been comparable or even less than a laminate would have been!

I had an appointment for install on Friday 8/25. They called my father and informed him that it ran late and they can not make the install date. Ok. We understand things happen. I was told they would be coming on Friday to at least rip the counters out and they would return on Saturday morning to finish the install. They told me 5-6 on Friday. They showed up at 7:45 PM Friday night. I had no clue anybody was still coming due to it was past the 5:00-6:00PM time frame with no communication. Pedro showed up and said they do not typically install on weekends. (OK that's why we had the appt set well in advance for Friday install) later on his helper informed me that "I hope you were not planning to re-use your kitchen faucet, he had to saw it off because the nut was stripped from person who installed" luckily I had planned to replace anyways and told her this. (Not blaming for this, I was not happy with plumbers work who did that) Anyways fast forward.. Saturday AM comes and no calls, texts, or show. Pedro told me multiple times he would be back on Saturday AM to finish the job. I had plumbers set up to finish new faucets etc.. My father calls on Saturday night and asks what is going on? He says he will be there on SUNDAY now for install at noon.... OK fine but plumber has been called already well in advance for plans such as this, now we ran out time and had to reschedule plumber due to not having install when they said they would (counter tops need time to try) so had to reconfigure out the plumber schedule as well. Not only did that put a bad taste in my mouth, but I was also informed well after the install that they had thrown away my BRAND NEW R.O. stainless steel faucet that I had just purchased and installed maybe 3 months prior. Reached out to the company and basically Julie wanted to say it was my fault since I was there for the rip out. Whoever pedros helper was (female) mentioned the broken kitchen faucet, but never once anything about my new R.O. faucet. I am a 28 year old and this was my very first huge house project. I have spent a lot of money with this company and have been very disappointed at this. Reached out to just see if they would consider replacing it because Pedro told Julie he threw it away. Now I have no clue why you would do that when it was a nice brand new stainless steel faucet? I had them cut a hole for that R.O faucet in my new countertops.... and he threw it away????! But they left the broken kitchen faucet in a bucket that I mentioned previously? Once again I am a 28 year old and rely on professionals to figure out their jobs. Why would the broken faucet be left for me to deal with... and the new stainless steel one be "thrown away" knowing he cut a hole in my granite for it? Makes no sense to me. Have not heard one word back regarding this and I am not happy with that at all. Consider paying more attention to detail with these things in the future. Granite looks beautiful of course but I am not happy with how it was executed at all. Posting the picture of the broken faucet that was left behind for me... But the new one was thrown away?

I am very happy with my experience with Annandale Monument and countertops. I was able to have someone come out to take measurements and prepare an estimate very soon after I submitted my request. Vincent was very professional and friendly and the prices they quoted were competitive with other installers in the area. I highly recommend this company!

It was fantastic working with Annandale Monument & Countertop. I was doing a kitchen remodel, and just so happen to stop in their showroom on a random Saturday when most other showrooms were closed or an appointment was needed. The whole process of looking at slabs to giving details about sizes and requirements was simple. Once everything was picked, the whole installation and fabrication process was fast. I had new countertops 7 days later after finalizing everything and they look amazing. The team was great working with and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Friendly service! Vince was accessible, responsible and great to work with. Pedro and his helper, Sam, did a wonderful job on the install. Pedro is super attentive to the details...a plus when you want something done and done right. Thank you Annandale Monument & Countertops!

Just following up here...if you see an advertisement (such as $100 gift certificate in The Marketplace) and it helps you buy local, make sure you address it with the business BEFORE making the purchase. I thought the $100 gift certificate at the Marketplace was a "Thank You" for doing business locally. Instead, it must be treated as a coupon that has to be redeemed at purchase or the business won't honor it. (I wish I had known this earlier. It bugs me every time I go in the Marketplace and am reminded of this.)
