We just installed a new heating & cooling unit. Air Comfort has been a very good business to work with. Install was done efficiently. They also work with the EZ Loan program through Centerpoint. That was a plus. It's a good program for Energy customers and was easier than a bank to deal with. Lot of flexibility and choices and payment rolled into monthly bill. Air Comfort does paperwork on rebates and we just wait for the check now. Tax form to give to our CPA for Energy rebate also included. A follow-up packet indicates we need to contact the City for final inspection.

Disappointed that the 1st tech. Didn't fix problems the 1st time.and made sure the system worked the way it was supposed too. And have to call to get another tech out the next day to solve the problem. Shouldn't have had too wait... u have 24hr service someone should have came back out a.s.a.p. thats my 2 cents. But 2nd tech did a Excellent job.on solving/fixing problem.

I am a return customer to air comfort. I had an AC unit installed in my first house 10 years ago. Recently I purchased my 3rd home. Today we had AC installed in this “new to us home”. Brian our sales guy stopped by on Thursday or Friday and looked it all over. He told my roommate and I what our 3 options were, and told us about on opening on Monday. Within hours it was all setup! Wow! Another grade A experience! They are always on time, knowledgeable, fast service, honest, easy financing, and last bust not least they are very professional! They were at our house within two hours of our call. They gave us wonderful space heaters to use overnight, and installed our new Trane furnace the next day. We had a concern, and they were at our house within the hour to address our concern. Very happy with the service, and the technicians. Of course our a/c went out when it was going to be 90 and humid. Paxton was able to get out right away to take a look at it, unfortunately we needed a new unit. He gave us a few quotes and we lucked out (I think) that they had an opening the next day to install the new unit. The guys that came out to do that were great also. Very professional, helpful, friendly. Great company to work with. I will recommend them to anyone I know.
