I've hired Todd twice. Each time, the work was done amazingly well, and for a remarkably fair price. Todd is exceedingly professional. Both jobs were in St Louis Park, and in each case, the inspectors looked at the work, and complimented Todd on how good it was.
I recommend him to anyone needing concrete work. Four years ago, a different firm redid our concrete alley. It's already cracking in places. My driveway, done the year before? Still no cracks whatsoever.
