We had an excellent experience with Granite Expo. They were helpful, knowledgeable, prompt in their communications, and the whole job was scheduled and completed on time—even faster than we anticipated. After install, we realized one of the faucet holes was slightly too small for our insta-hot appliance and they came out to adjust the hole in the countertop almost immediately. Super impressed with the customer service and would happily work with them again. We chose Vicostone quartz Olympus White Countertops and are ecstatic with the result!

VERY IMPRESSED with the whole process we experienced at Granite Expo! Their customer service was AMAZING... beyond anything I'd experienced before. I was expecting the same treatment we'd received at other stores, which was basically "find a slab from our showroom stock & that's good enough". It was the exact opposite at Granite Expo! Upon expressing interest in "Fantasy Brown" (which I hadn't seen before), I told the sale representative, Tatiana, that I was interested, but unsure about the color variations. Without hesitation, Tatiana graciously offered to grant us access to their warehouse where they had multiple slabs to choose from. At the warehouse (which they opened just for us) we noticed a beautiful slab that was partially blocked by a larger slab. Again, without hesitation, their customer service surpassed all expectations!!! Igor, the business owner, immediately jumped on a forklift and moved the other stone so we could see the entire slab we liked and we were able to select the exact area we wanted. Igor came to our home the following day to get exact measurements and scheduled installation for the following day - again, AMAZING!!!!! Even the installation crew was great - very helpful, courteous and precise! NONE of the other 4 stores we visited offered anything remotely close to this level of service. We WILL DEFINITELY use Granite Expo again for future projects!

The team was great and easy to work with. They replied really quickly to any questions and was able to show us the actual quartz slab that we wanted. We specifically wanted to support a small, family owned business in MN. They also were the only ones to quote us a reasonable price according to our budget so I super recommend. We got our job from inquiry to measurements to installation done in one week, which was awesome! The installation team was super friendly and respectful of our house and arrived on time. It only took four hours to do our rather large counter top job (60+ sq ft). We were able to use it that night! (Don't mind the yellow wall, we will be finishing our back splash on our own.)
