Great experience overall from the start with Patrick coming out and giving me a detailed estimate with a lot of great suggestions and no high pressure sales pitch. Christian and Abel were awesome; whenever any issues arose they checked in immediately and came up with solutions that ended up looking fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to have their bathroom redone.

Robert Ehlers, Able and Steve did a complete tearout of our existing bathroom. Then they installed a new walking shower with wall panels, decorative rock and sliding glass doors. They also installed a new countertop, flooring and lighted mirror.

They worked so hard and diligently without any downtime or small talk. The outcome exceeded our expectations!

Very happy with the product and installers. Communicated great so I never had a question about what they were.doing or when they would be back. Also, very flexible and accommodating. Job should have been done a day earlier but he changed his schedule around so I could order the fixtures I really wanted. The project was to be done on Thursday but because I couldn't get my fixtures delivered until Thurday afternoon, he skipped Thursday and finished the project on Friday! Highly recommended!

From start to finish the team at Clear Choice Bath made things very easy for myself. Communication was almost instant each time I reached out to them. I was down on my luck after my shower wall caved in with my only bathroom in my home. I called and described my issue I was having over the phone. That day Jodi was able to meet me in their warehouse to show me all the options I had for purchasing their custom made product. First impression was the product is very solid and of good quality craftsman ship. After lining up the purchasing of the product that the same day another member of CCB Robert came to my home that same day for the measurements to spec out the amount of product needed. Robert was very helpful and answering all my questions and was direct with no gimmick sales pitching to myself which was greatly appreciated. He informed me they could have the product within under 2 weeks which was amazing. Then as promised I had the install team of Anthony and Brett at my home Wednesday to start the install. The Anthony and Brett were very professional, upfront, personable the whole part of the install process. Both were very hard workers and should be commended for their quality of work! Top notch job guys and were honest when they accidentally scrapped the top of my showers ceiling and offered to repair if I wanted. Thanks again for all the hard work! I wrapped up my install with all the fixtures and attached is my finished shower (before and after) I would 100% recommend this company and will pass on the word to family and friends! Take care and will for sure use your company again in the future if I have any further remolding needs...

We couldn't be any happier with the work from Robert and the crew from Clear Choice Bath. Our 1996 master bath looked awful. Today, it looks like a brand new shower and bath from a fancy hotel. From our initial sales meeting with Jody to installation, everything was perfect. The crew was incredibly kind and respectful and kept the work area clean. They even vacuumed and put down plastic on our steps to keep the carpet clean. Jody, our salesperson, really set the tone on an excellent service experience. I can't say enough great things about her. Words like trustworthy, knowledgeable and kind come to mind -- and never once felt pressured from her.

My bathroom remodel is so much better than I even expected. The bathroom dated back to the 1980's. I'm showing it off to everyone who visits. The crew who worked at my house was awesome. Robert helped me beyond what I expected. He explained why I didn''t want a particular light fixture or whenever I had a question, he was so patient. John did such a fabulous job with the ceiling, I can't tell where the wall was taken down. Tony always came early and worked hard all day. Tom and Tyler worked hard too. Everyone was polite and took good care of my house. The job was completed in about 6-1/2 days. I also recommend Harold, the plumber from Ike's Plumbing. His work is very neat.

Positives:

Very friendly, helpful, and professional mannerism. Response was very quick to any questions or comments I had. Work was done within promise time. Good product quality.

Negatives:

They had the two newer inexperienced installer working on my bathroom.

I am not familiar with how walls come together but it was not aligned properly and of course the trim covered it up and maybe that's how it is. Fine another no biggie.

I mention it to one guy stating that caulking was not done properly and there are holes in the walls, he said he will take care if it. It was not done, I had to ask about it again on the last day they were there. Had I not notice it we would have water going into the newly installed drywall.

There was a pretty big chip on a corner insert that I also saw and mention, the response was caulking will cover it up. Wasn't sure what they meant by that but, ok.

I guess my biggest issues was that they used my garage without permission and it was a mess. My garage was completely covered in very fine white dust from the cutting of the cement walls and it was everywhere, no way to clean it without blowing it out. They didn't even attempt to try to clean it at all as if this is how it's supposed to be. They also used my recycle bin as trash. The last day they swept my garage floor. Wow, thanks. Not sure where attention to detail or care went but I really don't think this is normal.

My family cleaned and wiped everything down for me.

I mentioned it and the response I received was, I will let them know. Well, good because I don't want another person to go through this. I personally don't think this would have happened if there was an experience person there.

I wish I could put into words the smile on my husband’s face after taking his first shower in our new handicap accessible shower your team designed and installed for us. He came out and said, "I’m a believer, it was great." Patrick’s ideas for the shower were implemented by Robert , John and their team perfectly . They installed the grab bars with my husband’s input to location. Everything was designed for our specific needs including widening a door to wheelchair width. We had considered two other companies but they didn’t offer the flexibility that Clear Choice Bath did. We definitely made the right Choice. Our new bathroom is also beautiful.
