Overall

Jamie, Kyle, and Randy did an amazing job on our project. What started as adding hardwood flooring to one room, turned into a whole house transformation. Jamie had great ideas on how to improve on what we wanted and always was willing to spend the extra time, so we were comfortable with our design choices. Everyone who sees our results is impressed with how it looks, but also the quality of the results. I am very happy to recommend Jamie to our friends and neighbors.

Overall

Jamie and team did an amazing job. We had a difficult project and the team was able to navigate thru the process and deliver what we wanted. The previous owners had a darker stain on the hardwood floors. We really wanted to lighten the space and expose the beautiful natural wood floors. Jamie and team did wonders to bring out the natural wood. They also installed additional hardwood on a space with carpet previously. The cohesiveness is great. We get a lot of compliments on the overall look of our floors!

Overall

Jamie was able to feather our flooring from one room to the next, at a fair price. He kept in touch and got us on his schedule in a timely manner.

Unfortunately he put nothing up to protect our brand new white kitchen cabinets during any of the process. In several places, they got nicked and had stain and clear coat brushed onto the boxes, toe kick, and all door trim. In many areas it was 2" off the floor, not able to be covered by quarter round. Dark gray crack filler was splattered on the doors in three areas, leaving a permanent stain at eyelevel. Also, our sheetrock got bashed in during sanding. Estimates for these repairs come in at $1,400+.

The most disappointing thing was that after mentioning these issues, he took no accountability. He immediately said the nicks were already there and blamed us for the sheetrock damage.

During color selection, he only put down a second color choice after we requested it. After this, we were pressured to make a color choice in a hurry (1.5 hrs) without my husband even seeing it in person. Also, I didn't feel comfortable when he insisted we give him our garage code, although I said I'd be around. Lastly, we felt he spoke disrespectfully to his employees.

I asked him several times to come over to discuss, and it's been over a year and he has made no effort to make it right. I do not feel he's living up to the "integrity" slogan on his trailer.
