First, I was stunned when Ace Handyman Services proactively called me to let me know the warranty on the work from last year was expiring soon. They asked if anything from that job needed further attention. I have never experienced that kind of service! My front door latch did need some rework so an appointment was promptly scheduled. The service tech, Michael G., was introduced by text and arrived on time for the job. He listened well as I explained what was previously done and how the latch did not stay fixed after the last repairs. He was very professional as well as personable. He cleaned up the area exceptionally well and the latch continues to function perfectly. I am very pleased.

I am beyond impressed with Corey and his team. Coordinating with Corey and/or Jordan was quick and easy. We even had to delay a week when we realized that the shipment of flooring was chipped and rescheduling was just as simple.

I had initially started to demo a bathroom floor on my own and quickly realized that I wasn't going to be able to do it on my own. We initially had Michael out to patch some concrete floor and lay waterproof Shaw Ash Vinyl plank flooring over it. He finished the trim and baseboards as well as completed the trim around our window. It looks so great. It's finally usable after being out of commission for a couple of months. Thank you Michael!

Today we had Jeff out to repair a hole in our fence that our 2-year-old loves to escape from (with the supervision of course). It's on a busy road so it was vital we get it fixed. We were unable to get our hands on green fencing, however, the silver works like a charm and I figure I can just spray paint it. It looks good as new! He also fixed one of the gates that had fallen off the hinges and fixed a drawer in our kitchen that was sticking and difficult to use. Thank you Jeff!

Both Michael and Jeff were beyond professional, on time, and communicative. I would like to work with Ace Handyman Services Twin Cities North again and trust them with whatever projects I may not want to tackle myself.
