Excellent service with integrity. During an annual check on my 30+ year old AC unit, noticed an issue with low refrigerant and technician discussed options with me so I could make an appropriate decision based on my situation and needs. Technician did not try to upsell me on a new unit. A quote was provided after I requested it. I appreciate honesty like that and not making the situation appear imminently dire.

The service technician was on time and completed the maintenance quickly. He removed a large mouse nest in our air conditioner without complaint -- we live in a wooded area with lots of critters. A gross task we didn't have to do. Thank you!

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Kept me informed about his progress from prior jobs to when he would arrive at my house. I thought of many reasons why my furnace may have stopped, and he diagnosed it was a very simple item that I over missed. Offered other suggestions about heating and air conditioning, and fix the promptly and insured that it was fixed before he left. Highly recommend their service.
