I was very impressed with the workmanship. The painters were meticulous and always kept me informed. They also did a great job cleaning up and were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend John Flannery and his team! In fact, I've already hired them for another job. John was also on site and helped things run smoothly. I will happily recommend him to all!

I hired Flannery Painting to paint my kitchen cabinets. They were the standard oak cabinets found in many homes built in the early 2000s. To help me choose the right color, Flannery provided an interior designer at no additional charge. The color is white with a very subtle gray hue.
My experience with them was very positive. They removed all hardware, doors and drawer fronts. They painted the doors and drawer fronts in their shop, while another crew hand painted the boxes on site. They were always on time, cleaned up the work area everyday before they left, and completed the job on time. The finished job was flawless! I was and continue to be, after several years, completely satisfied. I must also mention, I was at work during the day while they were working. They were completely trustworthy and made sure my house was secure when they left each day. I strongly recommend Flannery Painting!

I cannot express how incredibly happy I am with the work of Flannery Painting. My basement was a mess - the original owners finished it themselves and cut many corners, including roll-on plaster texture for the ceilings instead of traditional popcorn.

In addition, there were many, many ceiling patches that were not ever sanded/blended, half installed surround sound wires hanging down and two water-stain issues from upstairs showers.

The team retextured the ceiling and it looks like new construction - everything blended beautifully and the water stains have disappeared. We tore out two doors, casing and trim and the team fixed and painted the new the sheetrock.

The patched and painted all the walls - they are smooth like butter!

Humberto and Marcos were amazing, punctual, polite, neat and considerate. They kept me posted during all phases of the project and completed work in 3.5 days, cleaning up as they moved along. It was a HUGE project and it exceeded all expectations.

HIGHLY recommend!
