Had them come out to give me a price quote on a replacement Subpump and battery back up. The quote beat all the others and they where able to do the job right then and there. It was all done and installed in 2 hours. It was amazing.

Installed a hybrid water heater which was reasonably priced. Provided a free estimate that did not change (no added charges). Matt was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Was on time. Cleaned the area thoroughly after the installation. Explained in detail how to operate the water heater and how to maintain it. Great service!

Champion installed a new water heater, B-vent sleeve and cap two years ago.

Today we had our roof replaced.
The roofers installed new roof flashing and a cap on the B-vent
Our water heater didn't seem to be drafting properly after the roofers replaced the cap.
I called Champion and told them that I was concerned about carbon monoxide from the B-vent getting into the house.
I called at 3:15 pm.
They had a technician at our house within 45 minutes.
He checked over the venting and confirmed that it was working properly.

What great customer service.

Champion plumbing was great. I had to have my water heater replaced and they were able to schedule me only a day or two after I called. The plumber was on time and seemed extremely competent. She was also very pleasant and explained everything to me. She used shoe covers and other protective equipment so the house wasn’t damaged. The work was done quickly, correctly, and efficiently. I love champion.

We did not use Champion for our replacement water heater. Not their issue as it was an extreme fit issue that drove another brand. That said, The two plumbers that came out to review were excellent and provided a lot of good unbiased information. Total professionals.

My old water heater finally broke so I had to purchase a new one ASAP. Within a day Matt B came out and performed the installation on my new water heater. He is a true professional and did a great job in explaining everything about what was needed and thoroughly went over the install process with me. Matt was very efficient as he got right to work and in no time was able to get everything up running again! I am happy with the work he did and would highly recommend him to anyone.

We had a great experience with Ben and Champion Plumbing. The call center took our request and scheduled us for the next day. We received a text message when the plumber was on the way. Ben evaluated our water heater to find it was a power issue which was embarrassing for us - but we avoided a major repair. We then had him look at our bathroom faucet and he consulted us on possible troubleshooting. He also noticed our tub faucet handle was wearing and a probable bad cartridge. We are familiar with this problem from other bathrooms so we had him fix it. This allowed time to let the water heater heat up to ensure proper performance. Unfortunately, we turned a valve on that hadn’t been on for some time and suspect this led to a T&P valve failure or getting stuck. Champion re-arranged the schedule to ensure Ben could circle back to our place. We replaced the T&P valve and the system has been working fine since. The 5 stars is mostly derived from strong customer service and honest consultation. Ben spent time walking through probable causes to issues in a way where we could eliminate root causes. We explained we wanted an education along the way and he was supportive in doing so. I will not hesitate calling Champion the next time we need help.
