Rented lots of things from here - always great tools that work well. Brought something back today and one of the guys, Kent, went out of his way to help me get an accessory I purchased onto one of my tools. Solid customer service is hard to come by these days and it was nice to experience it for once here today at A to Z rental with Kent.

This place has been our go to rental center for awhile now for floor sanders and fast propane refills. Always have what we need with fast service provided by a group of awesome people. Major THANK YOU and shout out to JASON for my most recent visit. Got out of the truck to return the sander and happened to lock my keys in vehicle. Jason took it upon himself to grab his locksmith kit and spend a good half hour helping me get back in and on the road which was a huge lifesaver and is greatly appreciated for him to do that going above and beyond expectations and job description.

Thank you again Jason and all who work at AZ rental in Eden Prairie!

Will never bring anything to them for sharpening again! I didn’t inspect the blades when I picked them up, mistake made by me.
Worst sharpening job I’ve seen. Looks like a kid with no knowledge sharpened them! Can’t believe the person thought this was a good job!

Great customer service. Showed me how to work the chainsaw and gave me everything I needed to use it. When I called to explain chain fell off. The guy was so patient and walked me through how to put it back on. He even offered for me to come back and they could do it for me. Just overall a great experience. My partner ended up adding another day with the equipment since it was working better than his very expensive chainsaw. We then rented a log splitter, it worked great! Will be back soon.
