Overall

Ben represented me in 2014 in an arbitration dispute that I had with my home owner's insurance company. Ben was diligent, ethical, and professional. The arbitration resulted in the insurance company meeting me halfway, which I thought was fair.

Overall

I have known and worked with Ben for over ten years and I consider him the most ethical and knowledgeable public insurance policyholder advocate that I have met. I recently worked with him on a fire loss to an apartment where the insurance company adjuster made his final offer of $68,000. Ben persevered and argued the insureds case before an independent appraisal panel receiving an award over $200,000. Ben does not give up and works tirelessly for his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has experienced an insured loss.

Overall

Ben was super helpful with a business interruption insurance claim I am currently involved with. There were some complexities in the policy that he was able to advise me on in a preliminary telephone conversation.

It's real simple, the insurance companies are not on your side, but Ben is.
